"It's All Coming Back To Me Now" as written by and Jim Steinman....
There were nights when the wind was so cold
That my body froze in bed if I just listened to it right outside the window

There were days when the sun was so cruel
That all the tears turned to dust
And I just knew my eyes were drying up forever

I finished crying in the instant that you left
And I can't remember where or when or how
And I banished every memory you and I had ever made

But when you touch me like this
And you hold me like that I just have to admit
That it's all coming back to me

When I touch you like this and I hold you like that
It's so hard to believe but it's all coming back to me

(It's all coming back, it's all coming back to me now)

There were moments of gold
And there were flashes of light
There were things I'd never do again
But then they'd always seemed right
There were nights of endless pleasure
It was more than any laws allow, baby Baby

If I kiss you like this and if you whisper like that
It was lost long ago but it's all coming back to me

If you want me like this and if you need me like that
It was dead long ago but it's all coming back to me

It's so hard to resist and it's all coming back to me
I can barely recall but it's all coming back to me now

General Commentsimply beautiful... the meaning is obvious- losing the one you love and blocking out memories of them bcos its too painful... but one day they return but you have forgotten them... until they touch you... then all those feelings and memories come flooding. its like that one person can break down all your barriers.

General Comment Jim Stienman is the freakin most brilliant song writer in the world!! This song was originally written for Meat Loaf to put on the Album Bat Out of Hell II (in 1993) but Meat Loaf wanted to use I would do anything for love (but I wont do that) instead and wait to put this song on Bat Out of Hell III (in 2006)......so Jim let Celine sing it. Later Meat Loaf sang this as a duet with a norwegian girl named Marion Ravon (who has an AMAZING VOICE).

Celine did a good job, but it's no where near as good as when Meat Loaf sang it. Theres just too much emotion and power in his voice that no singer could EVER beat. MEAT LOAF 4EVER!!!!

General CommentDoes this chick even write her own songs? I'd be suprised if she did... good voice, but the songs are lame... no real depth...

General CommentI like the song quite a bit. It reminds me of my ex, who was so great to me, and it ended abruptly and unexpectedly on a very bad note, and we kinda hated each other, then. But now, I'm beginning to fall for her again. It reminds me of the way that 2 minutes with them can make up for the 180,000 minutes you had to spend without them.

General CommentI agree with eeyore 1883 . . . love to hear that voice sing something she MEANS and deeply feels, instead of the pap she sings.

But no, chriswatts, Jim Steinman is NOT Meatloaf. Marvin Lee Aday is Meatloaf. Steinman is just a very good songwriter who collaborated with Meatloaf on most of the Big M's biggest hits.

General CommentThis song is about someone who had lost someone they had loved, and since it was such a tradgity, they blocked it out of thier mind, but suddenly, little things make her remember. Very beautiful
