Come on, Uh oh, Come home, Ah baby
To night, Um'all alone
Shame'z your name no matter what you say
You gonna dance all night

No matter what you don't come home
Um'home alone
You want me to keep it pumpin'
All night long while you be clubbin'

Unh! unh!, I ain't your clown
You promised all your lovin'to me
In fact you stole my heart away
(But) if you make me wait 'till tomorrow

Dance through the night
Dance i don't care
Stay out late is really what you want
When you come 'um not gone' be at home

I'll be alright
I can shake this sorrow
There's a new day comin' tomorrow
Ooh yeah/so/do it, do it, do it !

When you call me on tha' phone at midnight
"Yo' baby, will you wait for me 'till 6am ?"
I want to fight
Did'nt i give you what you wanted

Did'nt you say you really liked it
What's tha' differance
When you leave me in sorrow ?
Feel tha' shame

No matter what they say
Um' gonna give you up
No matter what i can't go on
Alone at home

You're the one that's been trippin'
All my friends say you been creepin'
"Uptown", "Bye bye, um' gone"
Dance through the night

Dance i don't care
Stay out late is really what you want
When you come 'um not gone' be at home
I'll be alright

I can shake this sorrow
There's a new day comin' tomorrow
Ooh yeah/so/do it, do it, do it !
Suber

"I know I promised to, to be true to you,
But can't you see
Something's strange, rearranged, has changed
Sometimes i feel like, dancin' all night

I ain't tryin' to see no wife, cause MUSIC IZ MY LIFE!"
You promised all of your lovin' to me
In fact you stole my heart away
(But) if you make me wait 'till tomorrow

Babe tomorrow i'll be gone
Dance through the night
Dance i don't care
Stay out late is really what you want

When you come 'um not gone' be at home
I'll be alright
I can shake this sorrow
There's a new day comin' tomorrow

Ooh yeah/so/do it, do it, do it !

Fast Car
Tracy Chapman
"Fast car" is kind of a continuation of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run." It has all the clawing your way to a better life, but in this case the protagonist never makes it with her love; in fact she is dragged back down by him. There is still an amazing amount of hope and will in the lyrics; and the lyrics themselve rank and easy five. If only music was stronger it would be one of those great radio songs that you hear once a week 20 years after it was released. The imagery is almost tear-jerking ("City lights lay out before us", "Speeds so fast felt like I was drunk"), and the idea of starting from nothing and just driving and working and denigrating yourself for a chance at being just above poverty, then losing in the end is just painful and inspiring at the same time.

This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
