Take me away
I know I could use a rest
I wanna clear up this mess
I need a few days with my good sense
I need a few good days
Benjamin, no, oh...
Benjamin, no, oh...
Benjamin, no...
where did you go?
no, no...
when you were falling from my tree
I was not scared
I thought you'd meet me back up there
it never dawned on me you were home free
it never dawned on me, no...
Benjamin, no, oh...
Benjamin, no, oh...
Benjamin, no...
where did you go?
no, no, no...
Benjamin, no, oh...
Benjamin, no, oh...
Benjamin, no...
where did you go?
no, no...
you said that I could tie you down, no...
you said that I could tie you down, no...
you said that I could tie you down, no...
you said that I could tie you down, no...
take me away
I know I could use the rest

General Commentthis is a fantastic song, I think. It was pretty meaningful for me because it was both introduced to me by, and reminiscent of, my first boyfriend: Benjamin.

I had no clue that the boy was drifting away from me...

General CommentHmmm. Dunno. I think maybe this song is just about losing your first love.

General Commentvilenin.... Louise didn't write this one. It was Nina who wrote it. I'm pretty sure it's about losing love like everyone else said.

General CommentNINA GORDON!!!! wrote this song and its obviously about someone up and leaving her when she thought it was gonna last. This line explains it perfectly: when you were falling from my tree
    I was not scared
I thought you'd meet me back up there
it never dawned on me you were home free
it never dawned on me, no...

It pretty much sums up the song

General CommentIsn't this about Nina's bunny that ran away and that's why the cover for the Benjamin single is a bunny...

General Commentwow if she got that deep about a bunny!...LOL then again number one blind is about window shades so.........I know that in a concert she said it was about an "older rabbit" but I thought it was a joke. Maybe it was....maybe not
