"I'm Too Sexy" as written by and Fred/fairbrass Fairbrass....
I'm too sexy for my love
Too sexy for my love
Love's going to leave me

I'm too sexy for my shirt
Too sexy for my shirt
So sexy it hurts
And I'm too sexy for Milan
Too sexy for Milan
New York, and Japan
I'm too sexy for your party
Too sexy for your party
No way I'm disco dancing

I'm a model, you know what I mean
And I do my little turn on the catwalk
Yeah, on the catwalk
On the catwalk, yeah
I do my little turn on the catwalk

I'm too sexy for my car
Too sexy for my car
Too sexy by far
And I'm too sexy for my hat
Too sexy for my hat
What do you think about that?

I'm a model, you know what I mean
And I do my little turn on the catwalk
Yeah, on the catwalk
On the catwalk, yeah
I shake my little tush on the catwalk

I'm too sexy for my
Too sexy for my
Too sexy for my
'Cause I'm a model, you know what I mean
And I do my little turn on the catwalk
Yeah, on the catwalk
Yeah, on the catwalk
Yeah, I shake my little tush on the catwalk

I'm too sexy for my cat
Too sexy for my cat
Poor pussy
Poor pussy cat
I'm too sexy for my love
Too sexy for my love
Love's going to leave me

And I'm too sexy for this song

General CommentI saw One Hit Wonders on VH1 and they said that the brothers of Right Said Fred are managers of a gym and this song was making fun of all those body builders who pose and preen.

General CommentI recently karaoke'd this song on a cruise ship holiday. It went off like a bomb: its a real crowd pleaser. In my opinion this is one of the most uplifting songs ever written. If at any time you feel your unattractive, just start singing this to yourself and you'll feel a lot better. I thought until I read Sangsue comment that this song was poking fun of anorexic fashion models, but is poking fun of gym nuts instead. Maybe both perhaps?

General CommentA lot of folks have commented that the song is making fun of people for being too into themselves (and I'm guessing others may think it just is as it sounds-- a salute to your sexy body!).

I don't think it needs to be one side or the other. The message I hear is it's okay to be into yourself, to be able to look in the mirror and say "Damn sexy! Looking good!!" but that we also shouldn't take everything so seriously. Because though I'm not naturally into super buff men, I can still see that he would look sexy to a lot of people, he knows it, he's happy to go with it, but he's still able to crack some jokes along the way. And that confidence and humor is what makes ANYONE sexy, no matter their body ;)
