"Homeless" as written by Fletcher Dragge, Jason M. Thirsk, Byron Mcmackin and Jim Lindberg....
Look at all these people lying around
Look at all these people being scraped right off the ground
Because of too many broken homes
Too many cardboard boxes

Too many people who just can't survive
Hard losses well americans don't belong in tins
Let's learn to help ourselves before we help the foreign
Wounded decay shout out dismay

Can you hear their voices yelling out mayday
Why are we sending money over seas
Look out your window our nation's the one that needs
Because there's not enough income

There's too much poverty
Why must we lose more lives before our eyes will see
We'll leave it alone hope it goes away
Its hard to ignore life when you live it everyday

I'd like to see I'd like to say I'd like to hear that help is on the way
Here today where tomorrow?
Death in the shadows
Affects us all

Too many bodies lie in the street
Too many hungry mouths that have the right to feed

General CommentI have always considered this song my second favorite Pennywise song. After the incident on Sept. 11, it was tied for first. Why should we send money overseas to other countries when WE ourselves need help. We should help our own country before helping some FUCKING middle eastern country that's going to return the favor by dropping a bomb on us. If you like the lyrical content to this song, listen to "Veteran" by Ignite. To end this little blurb, I choose a line from that very song. "The cuts in care and medicaid leads me to believe our government just doesn't care. They send our aid, our misspent funds. American's hungry living in the gutter." - Ignite

General CommentAmerica is a big country, but it cant help its own homeless people, but it is willing to help other people while letting their own homeless continue to be homeless.

General CommentIts about how homelessness is one of the most noticable reasons to the idea that we shouldn't put other countries in front of ours, because we need help too
