Leave the stars out, I missed them tonight.
It's not as brightas when you're right here,
but I can feel you outside.
So leave the stars out, I missed them tonight.
If I could be anywhere, I would lay by your side,
under a night that is now over,
the moonlight has already died.
Let the moon shine like a bottle tonight.
I'll be 'till the dawn, promice I won't be late.
Let the moon shine, like a bottle in it's light.
If I could stare with anyone,
I would stare by your side.
But we are apart, now as the moonlight,
always has to die.

General Commentya dan does do this again on his solo split with mike, but he originally did it for tuesday, which is a great band. does anyone know what came first, tuesday or alkaline trio, both were start about the same time (around 1996-97).
