General CommentI think song is definitely about anorexia and other eating disorders. It's kind of related in a way to Foreman's Dog, because that song also discusses negative body images. Guilford Fall seems to discuss the consequences of having that negative body image, and simply urges women to eat.

As for the title, they recorded the demo at their practice space in Guilford, Connecticut in the fall, and the title stuck.
