Dog Day Sunrise
Every day of my life
I'm working on a scheme
Working overtime underground
Girls work under floors
The failures tend the moors
But once the seem is cut
They find out what is learned

Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise

Drag your feet through hollow streets
Drag your feet through hollow streets
Drag your feet through hollow streets
Drag your feet through hollow streets

Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise

Valentine has shining eyes
Valentine has shining eyes
My valentine has shining eyes
Valentine has shining eyes

Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise

Valentine has shining eyes
Valentine has shining eyes
My valentine has shining eyes
Valentine has shining eyes

Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise
Dog Day Sunrise

General CommentAll I see in my head is a early 90s orange sunrise in LA (One Eight Seven) sped up with people going about their day.

General CommentThis honestly reminds me a bit about "Silence of the Lambs". The guy hides women, fattens them up, starves them, then makes them into clothes. I dunno, made sense to me, but I doubt anyone else saw this.

General CommentThis one of my least favourite Fear factor songs and is the worst song on the Demanufacture album.

General CommentI totally dig this track, and to me it seems to be about the drudgery of everyday life, and the desperate struggle to assert our individuality, even if the means by which that is achieved are somewhat sinister.

General CommentThere are no lyrics in the booklet because it's a cover.

General CommentThis song was originally done by a British industrial punk/metal band called Head of David. They were a bit like the proto-Godflesh who I'm sure FF fans should be familiar with.

Either way, great song and great cover. It does indeed seem to be about the shittiness and soul-destroying monotony of modern living, and coming from the same area as HoD I can see where they got their inspiration from for this.
