"Minus Blindfold" as written by Chino Camilo Moreno, Chi Cheng, Stephen Carpenter and Abe Cunningham....
Done feeding, I leaned back, head rested on the couch's top
Must leave the house soon, mean gone, 'cause my pops he's hot
Grab my blue backpack, my walkman, grip my bicycle
Because I know my friends are waiting at the door
I'm feeling loose like you, just fucking around and shit
Till that comes fifty-five; I'm twenty-six

Let me go
I give more
And you know
I fold I

Come at me, come, come
My activities don't cross, but they create
You know I want to pick you up
But they don't want you to
Asking for it, like we got
Yes, we cross, but we create
You know I want to pick you up
But they don't want you, so fuck 'em

You let this screw
I thought they knew you
But when you turned your back, I know they're going to
You had to prove me right and then we did
And that son of a bitch he swerved, almost hit two kids
I'm feeling heartless, I'm feeling hate
So when there's nothin' but the real swing in her fuckin' rape

No one
Me

No choice
Let me go
I get bored
And you know I'm fuckin' flown

Come on, come, come

My activities don't cross, but they create
You know I want to pick you up
But they don't want you to
Threaten me court, like we got
Yeah, we cross, but we create
You know I want to pick you up
But they don't want you, burn

Let me go
I give more
And you know, oh
So good
We could
And we learned to cry
And lift
Me up

Come on, come
My activities don't cross, but they create
You know I want to pick you up
But they don't want you
Dis me court, like we got
Yeah, we cross, but we cried
You know I want to pick you up
But they don't want you up

General CommentOne interesting fact to note... when Chino says "fifty-five" (line no. 6), check your CD player time counter... it'll be 0:55

General CommentIt could be about how his father thinks he won't ammount to anything if he stays in a band whereas Chino is saying he loves to play and make music and that's he'll always do. I love the title...it's kinda weird...maybe he wants his father to see how creative he is and not be blind (minus/without a blindfold) towards Chino's talents.

General CommentThis song is actually about when Chino was a little kid. He and his friends were all playing out in the street and one of his friends got pushed down and the car swerved and hit him. All of Chino's "friends" just left him there with the kid dying.

General Commenthmm i'd guess its about child friendships and how kids tend to create groups, but have friends outside that group

General CommentWell it makes kiiiiiiind of sense. But what about the bit:
But when you turned your back I know they're going do (what's that?)
You had to prove me right and then we did (what's that?)
So when there's nothin but the real swing in her fuckin
Rape! No! One! Me! no choice (what's that about?)
    Someone?

General Commenti always thought he said 'asking for it, the life we got'. I also thought he 'so fuck'em', instead of 'shit fuck em'.

General Commentadrenaline aint my favourite album...using words like 'borned' 'verve' and 'flown' repeatedly doesnt make you deep or clever. but i actually like this one, especially the bit where it all goes quiet, then you hear the screams in the distance before the last chorus comes in
