The day is incomplete
The thoughts of total defeat
I don't know what is happening to me
Or if I'll die cause I just never sleep

You walk into my night
You could see the madness in my eyes

I've lost control
Please save me from myself
I've lost control
Please save me from myself

My conscience begs for time
Cause you can't fight the clock ticking inside
I'm just a bigger baby me
Acting smart
Oh, what irony

Where will I end up tonight?
Getting fucked or frying my mind?

I've lost control
Please save me from myself
I've lost control
Please save me from myself

Calm me down with your caress
I'll get off while I watch you undress
Maybe the sex will help me to forget
A precious transient's schizophrenic bliss

Oh my god, you're beautiful
Why do you stay with this neurotic fool?

I've lost control
Please save me from myself
I've lost control
Please save me from myself
I've lost control
Please save me from myself

General CommentI love this song because I relate a little to it. I think it's pretty much about an anxiety person that have a low self-steem problem and beside living a messy life, finds someone worthy that is like a bright light in the darkest night.

I believe Chris suffers from anxiety and he probably have insomnia because of it.
It says that he used to abuse substances or sex in order to sleep (where will I end up tonight? Getting fucked or frying my mind) and he totally lost control of his life.
And by this time his life was a mess, he met someone who understood him ("you walk into my night" probably have a double meaning, both about the night time that relates to sleeping and the dark times of his life).
So he turned to this person as a saviour, in a hope that she could help him get over all of it. And this person knew him deeply enought to see how that anxiety made him fragile despite the image he tried to maintain (I'm just a bigger baby me/ acting smart oh what irony).
Beeing in such a low times, he probably was dealing with low self-steem by that time and was astonished at how such a person could be with someone like him.
