The red sandstone it fell,
Right smack on top of Sedona, Arabella
Well John Ford said won't you hop on in
To the stagecoach baby, gonna take you for a spin, oh oh...oh oh

Hey Little Hollywood
Your gone but you're not forgotten.
You got the cash but your credit's no good
You flipped the script, and shot the plot
I remember, I remember when your neon used to burn so bright and pink:
A Saturday night kind of pink

The black list and its hosts
Came down so swift, and you drove 'em to the coast
We're going California but we're all out of work
I guess that's better than a grave and a hearse, oh oh...oh oh

Hey Little Hollywood
Your gone but you're not forgotten,
You got the cash but your credit's no good
You flipped the script, and shot the plot
I remember, I remember when your neon used to burn so bright and pink:
A Saturday night kind of pink

The devil's in a rush
This duct tape makes you hush...
Hey there Sedona let me cut you a deal,
I'm a little hung over and I may have to steal your soul oh oh...oh oh

Hey Little Hollywood
Your gone but you're not forgotten
You got the cash but your credit's no good
You flipped the script, and shot the plot
I remember, I remember when your neon used to burn so bright and pink
(So bright and pink)
A Saturday night kind of pink

My InterpretationIt's about the cultural legacy of Sedona, Arizona.

My InterpretationIt also makes a reference to the town's namesake Sedona Arabella Miller Schnebly, the wife of Thomas Carlton Schnebly, the town's first postmaster ("Sedona Arabella", "Hey there, Sedona, let me cut you a deal/I'm a little hung over and I may have to steal your soul").

MemoryMy girlfriend and i used to plan our vacation while listening to this song, so it has a special meaning to me.

My girlfriend died in a car accident on july 1st 2016.

She was so full of life and excentric :) so when the chorus kicks in its like the song talks about her.

    She was my little Hollywood

General CommentIt is actually about 1948-1954 communist scare and how, then President of RKO pictures, fired 1900 employees, practicly cut Burl Ives out the movie he was in and the loss of movie production of western affected Sadona AZ. arizonaslittlehollywood.blogspot.com/2011/07/ just one article about how the hunt for "commies" damaged so many people's lives.
