"Over" as written by Lo Tove, Jason Gill, Robin Lennart Fredriksson and Mattias Per Larsson....
Stay out until dawn
I can't go home again now
After tonight
Seems like I'm out of your life
Apologize
No, it won't make it better
What can I say?
It's all too late

Tell me, is this the part when
When we part ways forever
Tell me, is this the part when
Part when we are

O-O-O-over
Wish I was, wish I was
So-so-so-sober
Guess we are, guess we are
Fighting all this fight
You're so cold without the love
There is nothing left out of everything we were
O-O-O-over
Guess we are over

Walk through the door
You see that I've been crying
Head hanging low
You say "where the fuck have you been?"
Should I deny
And maybe dodge this bullet
You read my mind
I just can't lie

Tell me, is this the part when
When we part ways forever
Tell me, is this the part when
Part when we are

O-O-O-over
Wish I was, wish I was
So-so-so-sober
Guess we are, guess we are
Fighting all this fight
You're so cold without the love
There is nothing left out of everything we were
O-O-O-Over
Guess we are over

(O-O-O-O-over)
(O-O-O-O-over)
(O-O-O-O-over)
(Over)
Guess we are over

I can tell that you know and it kills you
What you need me to say's gonna hurt you
Wanna run, but I stay 'cause I have to
Have to tell you

And I know that you're so gonna hate me
If you did what I did, I would hate you too
I would hate you too
And we are

Over, over
Wish I was, wish I was
So-so-so-sober
Guess we are, guess we are
Fighting all this fight
You're so cold without the love
There is nothing left out of everything we were
O-O-O-over
Guess we are over

(O-O-O-O-over)
(O-O-O-O-over) guess we are over
(O-O-O-O-over)
(O-O-O-O-over)

General Commentits hard for her to move on but she knows this is the end, and she needs to stay strong and keep herself from running right back to him cause all the fighting isnt worth it. time for her to accept that it is over cause there is nothing left in this relationship

General CommentIt took alot of rereading but i figured it out. The song is about her making a mostaje and doing sometinbg that is unforgivable while she was drunk (hense her saying over and over again how she wishes that she is sober). Im guessing that she cheated but it couldve been anything. She says that sshe walked through the door with her head hung low (a sign of being guilty of doing something and feeling sjame for doing it) and that it is evident that she had veen crying (im sensing that she felt alot of guilt and confusion over what had been done). Im also guessing thar she had to have been Out for a long time sonsidering what her lover said to her. She os about to lie about what she did but decides against it because her lover can already tell what she did before she has the chance to lie and he wants her to just say it and she doesnt want to. Shesbasically saying that theres. No point in having the conversation becausebat this point its not worth it and what she did waa unforgivable so after what happened, rhere relation shop is over

Song MeaningObviously this is a song about making a unforgiven mistake (most likely cheating) and face the consequences of it.
