There's a B-52 coming into view
Your uncles come to say 'hello'
He doesn't like your face and thinks your religions out of place
You better watch out if your livin' below
Do you feel the need to eat? There's a Mac Donalds on every street
and a KFC in every town
You say it makes you choke cos its got beyond a joke
Hey have some coke to wash it down

Stand by for a happy meal of coke-a-cola cluster bombs and Ally McBeal
Uncle Sam's coming to run the show
America? Just Say No

In the morning still take a walk up any hill
Watch them raise the Stars and Stripes
Good ole Uncle Sam is a military man
Who understands that might is right
And tell me what you see tonight on your TV
Coming live from the USA
It's ole Uncle Sam live from Disneyland
Exporting the American way

Stand by for a happy meal of coke-a-cola cluster bombs and Ally McBeal
Uncle Sam's coming to run the show
America? Just Say No

So here come the yanks, in a battle tank
They're popping by to kill a few kids
Cos deep beneath your soil the uncles smelt some oil
And its gone and made him flip his lid
So you know the score, here comes another war
And the people they can't fight they'll buy
As they'll sit back and toke as they tell you how to vote
And the bombers circle up in the sky

Stand by for a happy meal of coke-a-cola cluster bombs and Ally McBeal
Uncle Sam's coming to run the show
America? Just Say No

Song MeaningThis one was penned in the run up to the second gulf war, several members of the band were involved in anti-war marches and were inspired to write this as a result. It also reflects somewhat the European concerns about US cultural imperialism.

As an aside an academic at Harvard University has used these lyrics in a report on European attitudes to US Bush era foreign policy
