"Venus in Furs" as written by and Lou Reed....
Shiny, shiny, shiny boots of leather
Whiplash girl child in the dark
Clubs and bells, your servant, don’t forsake him
Strike dear mistress and cure his heart

Downy sins of streetlight fancies
Chase the costumes she shall wear
Ermine furs adorn imperious
Severin, severin awaits you there

I am tired, I am weary
I could sleep for a thousand years
A thousand dreams that would awake me
Different colors made of tears

Kiss the boot of shiny, shiny leather
Shiny leather in the dark
Tongue of thongs, the belt that does await you
Strike dear mistress and cure his heart

Severin, Severin, speak so slightly
Severin, down on your bended knees
Taste the whip, in love not given lightly
Oh Severin, taste the whip, now plead for me

Shiny, shiny, shiny boots of leather
Whiplash girl child in the dark
Severin, your servant comes in bells, please don’t forsake him
Strike dear mistress and cure his heart

I am tired, I am weary
I could sleep for a thousand years
A thousand dreams that would awake me
Different colors made of tears

Different colors made
Different colors made
Different colors made of tears

General Commentthis song based on the novel by leopold zacher von mazoch venus in furs.
the idea came when severin saw the Tician paint venus in the mearor.
he imagined a conversation betwween himself and venus' dressed in fur and talk with her about love.severyn was totaly in love with Fanny Pistor and sweared to her to be her slave what so ever .the atmosphere based on sado mazo realationship.
