"W.D.Y.W.F.M." as written by Jesse James Rutherford, Jeremy Freedman, Zachary Abels, Mike Margott, Bryan Sammis and Emile Haynie....
Two nights ago, she got that look in her eyes
Kaleidoscope, but that's only half the time
Three days before she told me that I don't even try
She's crazy, through, I guess there's something wrong inside

Maybe you're right, maybe this is all that I can be
But what if it's you, and it wasn't me?
What do you want from me?
What do you want from me?

Four weeks ahead, I thought that I should think some more
I'm fucked in the head, and my mind is turning into a whore
Five months go by, and I thought about letting her go
She's crazy, though, and I guess she took control
Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no

Maybe you're right, maybe this is all that I can be
But what if it's you, and it wasn't me?
What do you want from me?
What do you want from me?

Maybe she's right, maybe I'm wrong
Maybe we'll fight 'til it moves us along
I can't deny writing a song
Hoping she'll find she's not alone

Maybe you're right, maybe this is all that I can be
But what if it's you, and it wasn't me?
What do you want from me?
What do you want, what do you want
What do you want from me?
What do you want, what do you want from me now

General CommentI feel it means that sometimes he sees the love in her eyes maybe but its hard to see if its real or not.He contemplates the validity and if its even worth it. The effort may just not be worth it.

My InterpretationI think that this song is about a man that is having trouble deciding how he feels about an emotionally distant or cold woman. It seems like she's cold at times and because of that, she blames him (or at least it seems that she blames him) for any problems that the two have, but at the times when she shows love or compassion, his hope for a happy relationship is renewed. I think that since she goes back and forth, he can't decide how he truly feels towards her, so he can't decide how to handle the relationship itself.

General CommentI feel this song is more about being in a relationship with someone who's literally mentally unstable, this song reminds me of my relationship and my dad's, with my mother. You think things are going well, then all of a sudden everything is wrong, and you're wrong, and it's you not her, and shell make a list of whats wrong with you with toxic words thrown in, and she cant be blamed or held responsible for anything. She guilts you into feeling like all of this is true and you go with it, but eventually you start to get angry and have to leave her before you do something that is out of character. I think this song is about an emotionally crippling relationship the blurs your mind.

My InterpretationIt's about a bad relationship. She is always blaming him for bad things and he is saying that he's trying but he can't change who he is.
