"Interlude" as written by Daniel Harry Joseph Rothman, Dominic Ashley Ronald Major and Hannah Felicity May Reid....
Grey stares beneath the moon
Tonight I’ll be dreaming of you
People and rhythm instead
And there you’ll be there you’ll be inside my head

Hmm, I will dream of you
Hmm, you’ll dream of me too
Hmm, your hands, they’re on my face
Hmm, there would be no better place

Some miracle man must have shot me while I wake.
I never ran fast enough oh my mistakes
Would you really want me in the light of day
That very same man, shot flaws right through my face

Hmm, I will dream of you
Hmm, you’ll dream of me too
Hmm, your arms curled round my waist
Hmm, there would be no better place

Could you have your arms around my
Could you have your arms around my

My OpinionShe can only reach this person in her dreams and nighttime is the only time for her to really live.
She is to shy or afraid to meet in the real life, despite her grey love for the person.
She believes she has too many flaws to be able to get love back from this person.

My InterpretationI feel this song is about being madly in love with someone and knowing you can't be with them except in your dream. "People and rhythm instead.. And there you’ll be there you’ll be inside my head": The love she feels is so strong that the person she has a crush on is in her head wherever she goes even when she is surrounded by music, it sounds dull and even with people around she feels lonely without that person she longs for..

The next part is about how you wish the other person would also dream about you the same way and how it would feel to finally be with them. She knows it's a mistake and she wants to get away from this fantasy but is in too deep a love.
