I'll never understand why
you voice is so related to my mind
''wrong'' it's not in your noise
hiding feelings on top of the roof
and it's unreachable and illogical
blocking my mind,blocking my mind
blocking my mind

Oh oh, I'm driving on a motorway
chaos is the name of the road
and I'm following the signs of the road
because I can't go on my own
I can't go on my own

Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh

And I am working on building up a wall
in my heart
so little soldiers of war don't try to climit up
and i'm working on building up a railing
in my mind
so before getting in you must knock on me
you must knock on me, you must knock on me

Oh oh, I'm driving on a motorway
chaos is the name of the road
and I'm following the signs of the road
because I can't go on my own
I can't go on my own

Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh

Oh oh, I'm driving on a motorway
chaos is the name of the road
and I'm following the signs of the road
because I can't go on my own
I can't go on my own

    My InterpretationI'll never understand why
you voice is so related to my mind
''wrong'' it's not in your noise
hiding feelings on top of the roof
    and it's unreachable and illogical
    blocking my mind,blocking my mind
    blocking my mind

*****this song is about dealing with a heartbreak. he had hurt her, but she likes him a lot. she can not stop listening to his voice and decided to hide her feelings.

Oh oh, I'm driving on a motorway
chaos is the name of the road
and I'm following the signs of the road
because I can't go on my own
I can't go on my own

*****because of she can't go on her own, she decided to take it easy even if this could let her be in a chaos situation. " drive on a motorway" might mean let things go and take its own route.

And I am working on building up a wall
    in my heart
so little soldiers of war don't try to climit up
and i'm working on building up a railing
    in my mind
so before getting in you must knock on me
you must knock on me, you must knock on me

*****she doesn't want him to play with her feelings. these remind me that kind of situation when you can't stay away from the person that had hurt you because you still love this person. she thinks that he runs after her because she is weak, so she decided to "build up a wall" (get stronger).
