"Diamond" as written by Amber Erica Webber and Joshua Mark Wells....
Claim to me that this city's so tired
Then you fall over laughing from the late night
So nothing's promised or ever guaranteed to last
Held my breath but you're fading fast

Say it slowly
You still shine like a diamond
I felt it through me
Whisper to me that you've had enough
Apologize that you're not in love
If it's just the chemicals in our brains
Slow, stay

Everybody seems to say the same thing
I was in too deep, I was over my head
You hurt me I was too in love, I was afraid
Break the rules I'm an innocent fool

You said it slowly
Still shines like a diamond
I felt it through me
Whisper to me that you've had enough
Apologize that you're not in love
If it's just the chemicals in our brains
Stop, stay
Slow, stay

Whisper to me that you've had enough
Apologize that you're not in love
If it's just the chemicals in our brains
Stop, stay
Slow, stay
Slow, stay and slow
Stay

Translationthe consensus out there seems to be that she's saying "slow, stay"...but I don't quite think that's correct. I'm not sure though. instead of "slow," it sounds sometimes like "it's love" or "this love" or something about love :) so if you have any suggestions regarding this, or any other part of the song, please do share.
