"Noble Heart" as written by and Matthew Allen Roberts David Thomas Roberts....
Did they already tell you?
I'm a low-level poison to drink through
I'd like to prove them wrong
But patterns show they're telling the truth

And yours is a noble heart I don't deserve to hold

Please, somebody make me weak
Keep me away from the sea
But sirens, I swear, are the death of me
I want the mouths of all who sing

And yours is a noble heart I don't deserve to hold

Oh, this scarlet lust has got its claws in me
It's taken over me
It's ruined what I could be for any man at all
But if you decide the two of us may be together endlessly
Blindly, oh blissfully, I'll gladly forgo them all

I'll gladly forgo them all.

General Commenti'd be happy to accept corrections on these lyrics, since this is just what i hear. i've also been working on figuring out some other phox songs (mctaggey did a great job on a few of the songs from 'friendship'), so if anyone wants to lend an extra pair of ears, feel free to message me or something. that'd be great.
