Breathe slow, don't move back at all,
You're on course
Find all your elegant lines and breathe them into song

Amused at the sight, of our feeble tries, how did we expect it to turn out nice?

You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me

Amused at the sight of our feeble tries, how did we expect it to turn out nice?
How do we ever succeed with meandering?
That road extends awfully far behind our heels

You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me

We tried so hard to impress everyone that we met
giving up a piece of ourselves
We never thought to look back
the days are blazing past
Bring on your mountain and we will climb it
Bring on your challenge and we will fight it

We'll talk about these days when we grow old
We're learning much at pace, flying in the face of unknown

You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me
You will see the lion in me

i feel this is ,you will see the lion in me, you will see the lion in me is because this girl or boy we will use for our example as a short story There was a young boy and a young girl, they tried everything they could bout not any one not anyone would give them a chance, they wanted to have a place to live, but the people found they had no money, they said, we can't rent to you because you dont have money, the ypung girl and boy went to gether to look for work, but everyone told them, were sorry we can't help you, you don't have it in you to work for our company. the girl and boy wanted with their head low, threw the stormy days, they walked alll night, they walked until they fell on the ground, until they couldn't walk any more.then the snow came, they began to get cold. the boy reached out with his hand to reach to the young girl , and the young girls hand felt like ice. the boy tried real hard to warm her hands, but he was sooo cold himself.so as he layed their holding her hands they together layed their with their hands out reached out and their head close touching, the young boy tried to keep his eyes opened.but the wind was blowing and howling, he was so sad, he tried to hold on as long as he could , he new if he gave up, that he would freeze to death and they would never be found again, so his last prayer would be help us God,with his tear rolling down his face onto the snow, and just as he did the tear was like magic,it was magic because his tear drop had salt in it,and it melted all the snow,as soon as it melted the sun came out and warmed the untire land, the birds began to sing with joy and the smell of the flowers franganced around the young buy and girl, then someone came and found the two laying with their hands reached out together and the journey people that found them said, wow look at those two, they must have really loved each other because, they held on with their courage, that someday they would be found, they both must have prayed together because the young boy didn't know the girl prayed too at the same time as him, and because of this they became one when they held hands, they both got their confendence back, because when you pray together, the lion comes from heaven,to give them courage to go onto another journey in parodise.and because they believe that one day, they would be strong, just like the lion, for they both raised up together as king and queen, and there they sit with the father and the lion that lived with them from within to guide them home, were there was no more cold, only beautiful flowers and the songs of joy from the birds, and they were found by Gods workers sent from up above to bring them home.and when they woke up, they saw the lion, and they knew they were free at last, just from one tear of magic that the great and wonderful God would give then his power, and it is the lions courage and they received their crowns of confadence. this is what this song really means to me.thank you for reading, love donise a child once lost but now found in jesus name amen

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
