It's true I hit the streets tonight
It's true I drowned my soul tonight

I drowned my life
I drowned my
I lost my pride
I lost my
I drowned my love
I drowned my
I lost my hope
I'll leave today
I walked away

I threw it all away
I walked away
I lost my faith today
I walked away
I gave it up today
Just walked away

I know you told me a million times
I know I've left you in the lurch again

I couldn't go
I couldn't
I couldn't stay
I couldn't
Our times was up
Was over
Our times is up and I'm to blame
I walked away

I threw it all away
Just walked away
I lost my face that day
I walked away
I threw it all away
All away

I guess it's over
Our love has died
I guess we're done
I missed the train

I'm left with shambles
I'm left
A rotten love
I'm left with
A smelly past
I'm left with
It doesn't hurt
I'm left with

It doesn't hurt
It doesn't
It doesn't touch
It doesn't
Was meant to break
It was
Was meant to break
It couldn't last
Let's walk away

We threw it all away
Just walked away
We lost our faith that day
Walked away
We threw it all away
All away

General CommentThank you for adding this song. I am unfamiliar with the artist. I guess it's a guy's (or a gal's) admission that he slept with someone (or someones) and that's it....the end. He sounds overly dramatic. Pehaps he's looking for an argument...a fight, per se. Not sure, but the song is unimpressive...routine, literal lyrics by some unknown (to me) artist. On such a beautiful sunny day I'd rather listen to "I'll Always Love You" and other older, more personal songs.
