"As Far As I Remember" as written by James Michael, Tobin Joseph Esperance, Jerry Allan Jr. Horton and Jacoby Dakota Shaddix....
This could be my last confession
This could be my last defense
I wish that we could learn our lesson
I wish that we could make amends and turn the page

As far as I remember
It was a thing to forgive and forget
You said that you would let go
But I guess you didn’t mean what you said
Now it’s time to surrender
Because I don’t want to live with regret
And nothing lasts forever
As far as I remember

This could be a new beginning
Or this could be a brew end
I wish that we could stop pretending
I wish that we could make amends and turn the page

As far as I remember
It was a thing to forgive and forget
You said that you would let go
But I guess you didn’t mean what you said
Now it’s time to surrender
Because I don’t want to live with regret
And nothing lasts forever
As far as I remember

I rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
I’d rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
I’d rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees

As far as I remember
It was a thing to forgive and forget
You said that you would let go
But I guess you didn’t mean what you said
Now it’s time to surrender
Because I don’t want to live with regret
And nothing lasts forever
As far as I remember

I rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
I’d rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
I’d rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
(As far as I remember)

I rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
I’d rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees
(As far as I remember)
I’d rather die on my feet
Than live my life on my knees

General CommentThis could be a new beginning
Or this could be a brutal end

    this is the correct sentence!
i think is about a relationship or a relationship supposed to end, and as he said that he don't wanna lose it "As far as I remember It was a thing to forgive and forget"
but is kinda that she had enough of it "You said that you would let go
But I guess you didn’t mean what you said"

and as this thing happened he has no regrets, even if it hurts him too
"I rather die on my feet Than live my life on my knees"

General CommentMmm My interpretation for this song is wrong but here it is:
"I wish that we could make amends and turn the page"
I think this song is about a guy that fell in love with some girl, but this girl just broke up with someone really special, so this guy tried everything he could to make her forget/happy again, sometimes it seems that he was making some progress like she's finally gettin over it, but other days, the feelings and memories come back and all she does is talk about him and cry which really annoys and frutrates him:
    "As far as I remember
It was a thing to forgive and forget
You said that you would let go
But I guess you didn’t mean what you said"
So he is thinking if it's really worth the effort or not.
At the end he decides that she needs to fix her problems by herself so he leaves
    "Now it’s time to surrender
Because I don’t want to live with regret"

Sorry for my bad english i know i suck at it. Well... that's my interpretation and pretty much what's happening to me, although i'm still trying and i don't want to give up on her T_T.
