"My Love Is Winter" as written by and William Patrick Corgan....
Lonely draw
Sides grow dimmer
Spellbound all
I waste the hour
My love is winter
My love is lost

Silent fog
Let’s pass and wither
From the cold that saws me flat
My love is winter
My love is lost

There is love enough for the both of us
There is more than prayers made
To be with you
My love is lost

My love is winter
My love is lost
My love is winter
There is love enough for the both of us
There are more than prayers of you

Sacred hold in my mirror
Were you told there is no rest?
My love is winter
My love is lost

There is love enough for the both of us
There is love enough
There is love
There is love enough for the both of us
There is love enough
There is love
There is love, love, love

Song Meaningits a bummer, i've heard ALOT of mixed opinions about My Love is Winter. as i said in Panopticon; Winter is a term in the album, meaning a negative connotation of the near future, being cold and distant."My Love is Winter, My Love is Gone" it makes perfect sense, following Violet Rays, he was cheated on, now his love is gone. its sad :( even the riffs seem cold and distant. the loud parts in this song are good, but the truelly amazing parts, are the quieter parts, the kind of 'synth-riff' before the cold solo, is really climatic. i don't know why anyone could hate this song :/ but it follows Violet Rays really well, and One Diamond, One Heart is perfect following MLIW, giving love another chance.

General CommentI think it's quite "easy" to understand..."My love is winter, my love is gone" means that for him the love strory has ended up, and no worries, no struggles, because "there is love enough for the both of us".
