I'm realizing that every day is the same
No matter when i wake up it's way too late
Then i will make a point to realize
That i will never have that morning
That i just slept away ever again in my life
And it's a feeling unlike any other
Some might call it purely stubborn
But if i just block it all out and i never leave my house
I'll have nothing to be nostalgic about
When i was younger i didn't think about such things
To sit and whine about the passing time it just seemed
Completely pointless.

If you want a cure for this nostalgia
Well i swear the solution is all too simple
It's called do nothing, be nothing
Don't wanna feel so bad
When these good times come to an end
Well fill your memory
With nothing worth remembering

The problem won't ever be separation anxiety
If you just never latch yourself onto anything
To keep myself from missing the better days
