This song is very powerful and moving. Think of it as the theme song to a Revolution that would change America right now! "This is it, boys, this is war, what are we waiting for? Why don't we break the rules already?"- We, the people, are not standing up for ourselves, true values, the truth of our nation and world's situation. Think outside the box-WAY outside the box. "Never one to believe the hype" refers to the mainstream media and the fact that it tells us one story while hiding the real one. "Some nights I wish that my lips could build a castle, some nights I wish they'd just fall off"-he wishes words could transform the world into understanding and changing, but the words are taken in different context.
