"Won't Believe the Fools" as written by Joshua Samuel Harvey, Elliot John Gleave, David Stewart and Samuel Wire....
They told me lies, 'bout all the birds, the bees, and butterflies.
'Bout some dude watching us beyond the sky.
I said he don't mean nothing, no he's crap to me, they call it blasphemy,
They tell me lies, 'bout how were made and where we go and when we die
That some dude watching us beyond the sky.
The classroom full of kids they laughed and clapped at me, the futures slapped to me.

Is there really anybody out there?
I said no, but it seems unclear,
Girl I look at you, and question what I learn at school.

We won't believe the fools at all, girl you know you're beautiful.
Must be somebody out there created you,
Dreaming of the movie stars, seems they left the best 'til last,
Must be somebody out there created you

They told me stats. but they were based on words but not be mentioned facts,
The kinda shit that make you not relax,
The crap the teachers showed me, started questioning, see I was testing them.
Is there really anybody out there?
I said no, but it seems unclear,
Then I look at you, and question what I learn at school.

We won't believe the fools at all, girl you know you're beautiful.
Must be somebody out there created you,
Dreaming of the movie stars, seems they left the best 'til last,
Must be somebody out there created you

I don't know the things that they told me are true,
I do know I'm happy that I found you,
Changing the stories, out for the glory,
We won't believe the fools

I don't know the things that they told me were true,
I do know I'm happy that I found you,
Changing the stories, out for the glory,
We won't believe the fools

We won't believe the fools at all, girl you know you're beautiful.
Must be somebody out there created you,
Dreaming of the movie stars, seems they left the best 'til last,
Must be somebody out there created you

We won't believe the fools at all, girl you know you're beautiful.
Must be somebody out there created you,
Dreaming of the movie stars, seems they left the best 'til last,
Must be somebody out there created you

My InterpretationHe's talking about the religion he was taught as a child and how he has grown up with. When he spoke up about his disbelief the other students mocked him and called his views "blasphemy". The "dude in the sky" is "god"and the lies they told him about where he's going when he dies is about the stories of heaven and afterlife taught within his religion. The other students also laughed at him for saying he doesn't believe. He begins asking if there is anyone really out there, like a "god", and starts saying what others might say about someone who they're in a relationship with (he might be in one with a religious woman, or just someone that he sees as beautiful): "you're beautiful, something must have created you" (argument from complexity/beauty). This is probably more of the argument other people make when they see beauty in nature. A typical question to non-believers: "do you really believe it happened on accident?" He's refusing to believe what he sees as foolish, while presenting the argument believers make for love and beauty as proof for their beliefs. Either he is mocking them or expressing his beliefs as a deist, or possibly being convinced to be a deist/theist.
