It's pressure, the pleasures measure
The pressure is overbearing
Is it me myself that's caring
For every double-minded joy

And I admit that when I submit to you
I feel so unreal when I'm still
When I'm waiting for you to reveal
And from myself, I seem so far away

And I admit that when I submit to you
I can see all of the selfish things I do

I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you
I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you

I was wasted, embraced it but faced it
With you inside my heart you replaced it
Can't believe you have erased it
Selfishness and foolish pride

And I admit that when I submit to you
I can see all of the selfish things I do

I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you
I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you

I'm further from my future, I'm further from the past
I'm further from the starting line
I'm further from the last, I'm further from my doubts
I'm further from my fears
Further from temptation that I faced throughout my years

Further from agitation, further from distraction
The reaction of the dissatisfaction of others actions
I'm further from myself, I'm further from my flesh
I'm further from my birth and I'm further from my death

I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you
I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you

I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you
I'm further, further from myself
When I'm next to you, when I run to you

I was wasted, embraced it but faced it With you inside my heart you replaced it Can't believe you have erased it Selfishness and foolish pride

--- I wasted years in wastelands, dragging my feet along the swamp as I tried to figure out answers to problems we should have moved past already. We press on towards Christ (Love of others, and death of oneself)

And I admit that when I submit to you I can see all of the selfish things I do

---He will show us what needs adjusted and how to get His Spirit to guide our lives closer to His Love upon the cross.

Love is defined as: -the selfless giving of oneself, for the benefit of others; without thought of return.

We are clueless to be able to see the Presence of Christ. A love unlike anything we could ever fathom, explain, or experience again. A love that tingles when physical contact occurs oftentimes. A love strong enough to pull us away from ourselves, and change our course to Him. We must humble ourselves and accept responsibility for our actions, then we can move past our faults in Love. Love will make a way, and the broken lincoln logs we've destroyed in our lives can be pieced together as they are found; but we must be careful to ensure we have all the pieces ready to place them perfectly together. Retaining your pieces to perfectly align with mine before we return too.

There is, and will always be: Christ's Love displayed high for all to see. He shows us His Love in all things. Although we still must step to the edge, surrender our lives, and then we realize that forgiveness is there already, we just had to accept it; Christ's Spirit is dwelling in us all with power and authority, making known all that was once hidden. Christ is the risen King! He is the lighthouse guiding us home, using all things to guide us home. We all make mistakes, wander, get lost, until one day we begin to awaken. It seems that our lives have become void of morals/values. Consumed with only our own selfish desires and motives. And although they may be unperfected, we are able to continue onward in the narrow paths ahead leading us home to find our Life In Christ.

The pain of the Truth is hurtful and grievous for some time, It requires perfect honesty, acceptance, trust, and blind faith as we follow The Spirit's guidance to the shore, and off the rivers of this world. We must exit the Wilderness, in order to experience Paradise again. I will wait on you Lord, for you are my refuge and strength. My God, In Him will I Trust. Despite the valley I have found myself in, I will press on creating smoke for the train that he is pulling upwards by sheer blunt force against my chin. As the train crescents over the hilltop, then we give it all up to relaxation by guided meditations intended to help us get away from things, and grow in Faith, building ourselves upright, rooted, and grounded in <self-less love, 100% unbiased and open to see things from the perspectives of others as they are presented.

He will show us The Truth, and then Lead The Way home, we must be patient and confident that His Word is true and allow Him to show us what we need to see.

I'm further, further from myself When I'm next to you, when I run to you I'm further, further from myself When I'm next to you, when I run to you

---In order to succeed we must be washed in the water that represents His Blood Atonement for our sinful past:, mentally, physically, spiritually...we must be sober, cleansed, washed, purged, and a renewed vessel prepared unto honour to Our King, God of Wonders, and Strong Tower. Nothing will ever separate us from the Love of Christ. Love that wouldn't die, full of The Spirit. We can be Kings & Queens.

Simplify our lives, break chains and old habits, and allow His Chosen People to find Freedom In Christ. Rich men cannot get to heaven, nor prideful, fearful, liars, and cheats alike. We must seek expedient paths to help us grow quickly, not allowing ourselves to give room to doubt, which is being spoken all around the place to others.

Let us each be rooted and grounded in the Love of Christ Jesus, Trusting Him, daily without question, as we seek His Answers. -we must humble ourselves, and submit to God. Pride itself is used in order to: keep her from hearing The Truth By being proud or close-minded, we are unable to Understand and Know The Way as He wants for us to know it.

Ultimately we will see it, as we realize we just doubted ourselves due to the cause of: small distractions we weren't even seeing.

    Don't Worry, Nor breathe fear

    Become "Lost In Christ".

Overwhelm Us with Your Spirit, Show Your Beauty, Show Your Grace. That my life has been transformed, may my life be one with yours. I wanna be lost in, wanna be lost in you. Overwhelm me, take me higher, take me deeper. Feeling Your Glory, Hearing Your Whispers.

I wanna be lost in, wanna be lost in you...Overwhelm Me Keep your flame burning aglow for all to see, Shining like a lighthouse out to sea

---All this time, and we still fail to be patient as we are told to do,--- We must never give up, always looking to improve and grow over time. The process of perfection from lumps of coal, requires being under pressure of great magnitudes; over time. It is unlike any other process in use as of today. It uses only sheer force and changes a chemical into a precious diamond. This process takes great periods of time, and we will remain as we are until we are ready to be revealed.

The change occurs over an extended period of time, amidst struggles and battles that ultimately are all used in order to show us the greater purpose in order to help us all grow together; as we identify needs quickly, and act on them in order to continue our evaluation and growth as quickly as possible.

We must also seek to ensure product flow continues to move through the processes in order to push them towards completion.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Cajun Girl
Little Feat
Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
