Oh yeah, oh.
I never knew why I, told you all the lies.
And every time you cry, it made me realize.
I'd be lying to myself if I told you I can do it without you babe.
I can't think of no one else who would try to put up with the, worst of me.
You keep making sure it's loud and clear that, why
You don't want me no more.
So baby won't you tell me,

Tell me what could I say,
To bring you back my way.
To show you how much I do love.
I know I, made me sting
But no one takes your place.
Say it isn't so, it's hard to think of you with someone else.

Oh, every time I think of, the definition of love.
Only you come to my mind.
I find myself wanting you, all of the time.
I'd be lying to myself if I told you I can do it without you babe.
I can't think of no one else who would try to put up with the, worst of me.
You keep making sure it's loud and clear that,
You don't want me no more babe, no more babe. so

Tell me what could I say,
To bring you back my way.
To show you how much I do love.
I know I, made me sting
But no one takes your place.
Say it isn't so, it's hard to think of you with someone else.

(Holding someone else in your arms babe)

I hope you can hear these words from my heart.
This is not another love song.
Me no you, it's tearing me apart.
I'm nobody without you.
So baby, forgive me, I'll make it up to your heart.
I know what true relationship needs because of you.

Tell me what could I say,
To bring you back my way.
To show you how much I do love.
I know I, made me sting
But no one takes your place.
Say it isn't so, it's hard to think of you with someone else.

Tell me what could I say,
To bring you back my way.
To show you how much I do love.
I know I, made me sting
But no one takes your place.
Say it isn't so, it's hard to think of you with someone else.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
