"Neutered Fruit" as written by and Anne Erin Clark....
Did you ever really stare at me?
Did you ever really stare at me?
Like I stared at you

I ate flowers in the backyard
Bought finely neutered fruit
Shot a hundred arrows at a knoll
A hundred sparrows blue

Did you ever really stare at me?
Did you ever really stare?
Did you ever really stare at me?
Like I stared at you

Don't run
Don't run little rabbit run
Don't run
Don't run little bunny run

Did you ever really stare at me?
Did you ever really stare?
Did you ever really stare at me?
Like I stared at you

Did you ever ride a bear for me?
Did you ever really care?
Did you ever really care for me?
Like I cared for you

Don't run away
Don't run away
Don't run away
Don't run away

It's not "Did you ever write a prayer for me?"
It's "Did you ever ride a bear for me?"

Beautiful song, Ms. Clark is a goddess.

Lyric CorrectionThese lyrics should actually be:
"I ate flowers in the backyard,
    A finely neutered fruit."

    and

"Shot a hundred arrows at a doe,
    A hundred sparrows booed."

General CommentI think this song could be about leaving a relationship and finally realizing the other person's faults- "Did you ever ride a bear for me?/Did you ever really care?" (this is shown throughout the song).
Its almost like the narrator is trying to reassure him/herself that it was always their ex who was the problem, although subconsciously they still remember how much they loved their ex- "Like I cared for you". Also how they miss them and care for them- "Don't run little rabbit run".
The narrator is also thinking about how they did so much in the relationship, and their ex was so lazy- "Did you ever ride a bear for me?".
The "Don't run /Don't run little rabbit run" could also be sarcastic, like saying '' that was a bad example but you get the idea.
    Anyway, that's just a thought.

General CommentReminds me of Marina Abramović, a Serbian performance artist - in 2010 she performed "The Artist is Present" at the Museum of Modern Art. She would sit immobile opposite a chair in which anyone could sit and she would silently maintain eye contact with them. People went through intensely emotional experiences - fear, love, challenge, anger...some of the performances are on Youtube, it is fascinating to watch

General CommentThe missing lyrics might be:

    Don't run,
    Don't run, little rabbit run
    Don't run,
    Don't run, little bunny run

    and

    Don't run awry (x4)
