"Take The Right One" as written by and Jack Steadman....
Go on my gun
Stop you and carry on
You haven't been there
Time to sell the rose around
She takes it now
You give it up

You'll steal this one, when all is over
You'll go and you can, see all you gave her
You'll flee the door, your eyes glowing
She's there but you can't, keep on going

Racing on
Ties it up and moves along
You're waiting there
Came into the room and then
You stare me down
You turn around

General Commentone of my favorites from A Different Kind of Fix. the melody is really catchy, and the lyrics say a lot in a really vague way.

My InterpretationMy projection of this one I guess:

It happens when he starts it.
He stops her and makes her "carry on" as if everything is fine.
He thinks she isn't there for him
She gives in a little but he gives up.

    For the chorus:
She'll have more love invested when it all is over
He leaves and sees everything he gave her
He goes for the door but his eyes are glowing because he still wants her really bad.
She's still there for him but he can't keep going.

    "Racing on"
The whole 2nd verse to me is about moving on but he's with her but it's not the same. "You stare me down you turn around"
