I know something's bound to change
And I know I have been to blame
Washing away, this era of madness
won't come and spread no shame
'Cause I've been waiting, watching and praying
for you to go insane

I've been...
Holding out, come on out and find me
'Cause I've been waiting my turn (my turn)
Hey
Pressure's on, now your heart is beating (beating)
to the sound of my name, and I say
Find me (ooh-ooh)
Find me
Come on out and find me
Find me (ooh-ooh)
Find me
Pressure's on now!

Feeling the fire, burning the thought of
calling back your name
Maybe it's all different
because I cease to play your game, yeah
Forget the footsteps,
forward and take one
back pray that you're secure
Hey
So now you're prying
Open the binding,
I'm what you're looking for
Oh yeah

Holding out, come on out and find me
'Cause I've been waiting my turn (my turn)
Hey
Pressure's on, now your heart is beating (beating)
to the sound of my name, and I say
Find me (ooh-ooh)
Find me
Come on out and find me
Find me (ooh-ooh)
Find me
Pressure's on now!

This civil smile, ooh,
it won't get you, yeah
anywhere, anymore
Anymore, anymore

Holding out, come on out and find me
'Cause I've been waiting my turn (my turn)
Hey
Pressure's on, now your heart is beating (beating)
to the sound of my name, and I say
Find me (ooh-ooh)
Find me
Come on out and find me
Find me (ooh-ooh)
Find me (oooh, holding out!)
Pressure's on now!

(Find me)
Holding out, come on out and find me
(Find me)
'Cause I've been waiting my turn (my turn)
Hey
(Find me)
Pressure's on, now your heart is beating (beating)
(Find me)
to the sound of my name, come on out and find me
(Come on out and find me, come on out and find me)
(Come on out and find me, come on out and find me)

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
