Rolling Girl always looked at unreachable dreams
Making a fuss if you got inside her head and disturbed, disturbed.

“No problem.” Was murmured, but weren’t those words lost?
Fail again, fail again.
After ending your search for mistakes, it spins again!

Once more, once more.
“I’ll also roll today,”
That girl says, that girl says,
Playing her words with meaning

“Are you better now?”
“It’s still a ways off, I still don’t see the point. I’m gonna stop my breathing, now.”

Rolling Girl is at the end of the ruins, beyond unreachable colors
Overlapping voices with voices and blending, blending.

“No problem.” Was murmured, but those words were lost.
How are you going to turn out good?
Even the hill tempting me is making mistakes now.

Once more, once more.
Somehow I’m rolling.
That girl said, That girl said
Repeating silent words with meaning

“Are you better now?”
“Just a bit more, and you’ll see something soon. I’m gonna stop my breathing, now.”

Once more, once more.
“I’ll also roll today,”
That girl says, that girl says,
Playing her words with a smile

“Are you better now? It’s okay now. Let’s go, you must be tired as well, right?”
I wanna stop my breathing, now.

General CommentI came across this song on youtube and I just can't stop listening to it. Although it's in japanese and I have no idea of what she's singing (I did get some clues from watching the video though) I love it! And it's my favourite song for running (:

However, I don't really get this translation. Either the original text is this random or the translation is very poorly done. (or maybe my english isn't very good (: )

TranslationI recommend using JubyPhonic P's English Lyrics (Great singer by the way):

Lonely girl is dreaming all the day
Of things she knows are far away
Screaming out all the voices in her head
Are now eating away Hear them eating away

    "I'm just fine."
    Her breathing out a sigh
You know, those words are gone with the wind?

So she fell short, more and more
Thinking back to where she had made the mistake again can't find it so I'll roll on

One more time, One more time
"Please just lemme roll for another day"
That's what she said, What she said
Don't you know the meanings are hidden under cover?

    "One more time?"
"Just a little more, waiting til the day that I see the end"
"I'll stop this breath from seeping out...for now."

Rolling Girl has given it her all
It's just too far the hue she recalls
Screaming out all their voices hurt her head
They're now mixing around hear them mixing around

    "No, I'm fine."
    Still breathing out a sigh
You know, those words are gone with the wind?

No matter what "I'm fine" and such
So watch me climb the hill that I know I'll always fall from
    Guess I'll roll again

Yeah one more time, one more time
"Please just lemme roll for another day
That's what she said, What she said
Whispering the meanings she's hidden under cover

    "One more time?"
"Just a little more, waiting til the day that I see the end"
"I'll stop this breath from seeping out...for now."

One more time, one more time
"Please just lemme roll for another day"
That's what she said, What she said
Don't you know the meanings are hidden under cover?

"One more time? Stop it's fine."
"Are'nt you getting tired of doing this?"
"I'll stop your breath from rolling out... for now."

My InterpretationIn my opinion it's about a girl who forces herself to live a normal life. She has high goals, but in reality, she just wants to die. 'I wanna stop my breathing.'

My InterpretationYes, the lyrics do seem to give off the feel of having a "normal life".
Though, in many of the "music videos" or "mmd"'s that have been created for this song, it usually shows Miku fretting over a boy.

For example, in one of the mmd's, it shows Miku going crazy about something. She starts running around outside in the rain. She keeps running and gets to a road. Of course, she steps onto the road right when a bus comes. But a boy pushes her out of the way and he sees her die. And then what appears to be her ghost comes and hugs her while she's sitting on the ground in shock. "I want to stop my breathing, now" might refer to her suicidal-ness (hence, jumping in front of a bus). Or, it could mean that she doesn't want to breathe, since she caused someone else to make a sacrifice for her, and now she feels guilty.

In another mmd, it shows Miku in a school outfit, surrounded by other girls who all look the same. That could be referring to the "normal life" thing. It's normal. It's drab. It's hell. Then it shows her by herself, spinning, and changing colors rapidly. Then there's a boy. She's talking to the boy, and seems pretty happy. Then it switches to another girl, who looks like it could be her alter ego or enemy, or dark side. The dark side starts talking to the boy as well. Then it shows Miku and her dark side, back to back, spinning around with changing colors like before. And then it shows Miku and her dark side pretty much fighting. I think, since now she's let her dark side show and start talking to the boy, she assumes the boy won't like her. She wants to get rid of her dark side, and then eventually, herself.

In the second one, I think it's kind of stupid to die over a boy, but in all honesty, the character of "Miku" isn't always all that mentally stable XD
