"Con Clavi Con Dio" as written by and A Ghoul Writer....
Con ClavI Con Dio
We Are Here
For Your Praise
Evil One

Our Conjuration Sings Infernal salms
And Smear The Smudge In Bleeding Palms

Siamo Con Clavi
Siamo Con Dio
Siamo Con Il Nostro Dio Scuro

Our Task
Behind Mask
Chosen Son

Oh, You Rebel Chief, Destroyer Of The Earth
Rise From Precipice Through Birth

We Are One
Out Of Three

Siamo Con Clavi
Siamo Con Dio
Siamo Con Il Nostro Dio Scuro

My InterpretationAlthough the song refers to God (Dio) it is actually talking about Satan / Devil. That is the dark God ("Il nostro dio scuro").

As @DassJennir comments it is about worshiping and praising the dark God. I assume the reference in the song and title to "With Nails" (con clavi) is in reference to the crucifixion of Jesus and the nails driven through his hands/wrists. Or could it perhaps be in regards to nail in the coffin? That is in death they will join their God in the underworld.

My InterpretationTo me this is essentially Ghost's mission statement in the form of a song. "Lucifer/We are here/For your praise/Evil one"
    "Demigod/Our task/Behind mask/Chosen son"

It's them establishing that the "band" is actually some dark Satanic cult here to fulfill some evil thing Satan requires... Through rock n roll, of course.
