I can fly like a bird, not in the sky
which can always swim and always dry
I say goodbye at night and morning hi
I'm part of you, what am I

I follow and lead as you pass
dress yourself in black, my darkness lasts
I flee the light but without the sun
Your view of me would be gone

I can see the damage that
I am causing you is so benign
You want me to be gone
But I have just begun
I am the only one "undone"
I'm a broken miracle now
in your head

I don't feel
Like I am real
But I know
It's all imaginary
Are they real
And do they feel
Is all the pain
just inside my head

I am what men love more than life
Fear more than death or mortal strife
What dead men have and rich require
I'm what contented men desire

You want me to be gone
But I have just begun
You will never know how far I've come
What goes up must never come back down
In your head

I don't feel
Like I am real
But I know
It's all imaginary
Are they real
And do they feel
Is all the pain
just inside my head

It's all inside my head
It's just inside my
It's all inside my
They're all inside my

I see them always but they're
all inside my head
all inside my head
they're all inside my head

It's killing me
to see I'm killing you
Death is magic
Say Abracadavre now
You see me now you
Don't cry when I am gone

These shackles they come
With certain opportunities
They won't let me get away
But they show me we're the same
we're the same
we're the same
They show me that we are the same

I can't give in
I won't give in
It's not a state of mind
I'm wretched but I'm powerful and

I don't feel
Like I am real
But I know
It's all imaginary
Are they real
And do they feel
Is all the pain
just inside my head

It's all inside my head
It's just inside my
It's all inside my
They're all inside my

I see them always but they're
all inside my head
all inside my head
they're all inside my head

    Song Meaning

This song is from Sam's point of view, as is 115. In the song, she has two Riddles. The first riddle is a shadow, as she is a shadow of what she used to be. She doesn't feel, but she thinks she is real. She questions if any of what's going on is real. The answer to the second riddle, as confirmed by Black Ops Wiki, is nothing. Samantha is nothing, and there is no physical proof that she even exists. She knows that what she is doing is wrong, but she knows that Dr. Richtofen (Steiner) must die. The players see evidence that Sam is there, through the zombies, but they don't care that it is Sam that's sending them, and they don't care about her plight. She thinks that the zombies are the best way to finish what she started, and that the zombies were sent just for her, being "magical". Her shackles mean that she can't get back to normal, but they provide her with the opportunity to control the zombies.

I think that this song is to do with how samantha doesn't feel that she is responsible and that its not her doing this as richtofen has caused her to die. (if she is dead...)?!?! but the fact that she says "it's killing me to see im killing you" is saying that she regrets it going back to ihurricane's idea of the split personality its almost as if she regrets killing or attempting to kill Nicoli, Tank Dempsey, Takeo and Dr.Richtofen. She is saying "its all inside my head" so this would re-inforce the split personality theory. She is calling the zombies/ her minionswhich is why they seem to say her name in the game aswell.

I guess I'll start it off here.

From what I can get from this, the song is from Dr. Richtofen's point of view. It makes since, seeing as he is a confirmed sociopath, therefore his view upon reality could be skewed (he thinks everything he experiences is not real, which he could have used to justify his cruel mentality).

When he says "they're in his head" it alludes to the voices in Richtofen's head (it was confirmed in the Black Ops Wiki that you can occasionally hear voices when you are playing as the Doctor).

When it says "I'm wretched but I'm powerful" it could mean that Richtofen has a god-complex, which isn't surprising, but it shows that he accepts that he is a terrible person, but he claims that he is the strongest of the four survivors.

Let me know what you guys think!

This song is from Samantha Point of view. Now, with the last Map Pack, we do realize that Samantha was alive and she controlled the zombies from the beginning. She doesn't feel like she is real because she see herself like the zombies, and she kinda regrets to try to kill Takeo, Nikolai and Tank... but she doesn't regret to try kill Richtoffen, due that is what she wants the most (She wont never give in on killing him). And they are the same, justifies that Richtoffen "killed her" and her father for an end, and she killed them all (group 935) for an end, wich is revenge. And she is wretched but powerful, because she has almost stop existing physically for controlling the zombies, but the zombies controls almost everything, so makes her powerful.

this song is about Sam, not Samantha. if you dont know, sam is the evil doll and demon voice, and she is questioning if she is real or just a part of samantha. you can tell when in this part "Are they real And do they feel?"

hmm... abracadavre... well, first off, i know that the word abracadavre means raising the dead in a simplified way, but it literally means "magic corpse". the lyrics... ah the lyrics. yet the song itself is an interesting topic all on its own. the song is focused on samantha's state of mind throughout these events, like 115, but 115 was more focused on her anger towards richtofan and the death of her father. However, Abracadavre is more about her mental state thoughout her life, and how she even views herself.

    THE LYRICS:

the first and second verses are both riddles. "I can fly like a bird, not in the sky, which can always swim yet always dry." what flies like a bird and swims in the water, yet never leaves the ground, and never gets wet? lets hear som more... "say goodbye at night and morning hi. i'm a part of you: what am i?" what goes away during the night and returns in the morning, and is a part of you (including the first example above)? YOUR SHADOW!

the second verse goes something like this: "i am what men love more than life; fear more than death or mortal strife" What do men love more than life, yet fear more than death or strife? we need to hear a little more: "what dead men have and rich require; i'm what contented men desire." what do dead men have that rich men do not? what do contented, or happy men want? the answer is NOTHING. men love NOTHING more than life and fear NOTHING more than death or strife. Dead men have NOTHING and rich men need NOTHING. and happy men desire NOTHING. make sense? well, if not, i can't explain further.'

ELENA'S VOCALS: when she says the lines: "i can see tha damage that i am causing you is so benign" she means that she is aware that she's causing you pain, but she believes its not important. she does not care for your pain. when she says: "you want me to be gone, but i have just be-GUN!!!" she is saying that even if you try to force her to stop her actions, she has not been satisfied and has 'just begun'. "i am the only one undone!! i'm a broken miracle now-!" i interpret this as her more evil side (hence the louder, angrier voice) saying that she's the one who is in pain and nothing can be done to stop her wrath.

CHORUS: here's a major part to the song: the chorus of the song basically stating that samantha isn't sure if she's really there, if she's just s SHADOW, or NOTHING at all (riddles?). she also states theat she thinks all the pain is just inside her head. this is an important line which states how she decides to either fade away like a forgotten spirit, or try and exact her revenge i=on Richtofan and the gang.

probably the most simple sections of the song is the bridge. she states: "these shackes they come with certain opertunities" which means that even though she has no hope of being anything but a spirit in geat pain, she has the power to try and kill richtofan. she also states that she is "wretched but powerful". this means that even isf she is so horrible, being dead, she does however have incredible power, the ability to raise the dead and attack richtofan with endless waves and hordes of the undead.

well, thats what i think; feel free to reply and share your opinions with me. adios...

    ...for now.

Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
