"Bobby in Phoenix" as written by and Bobby Womack/damon Albarn/jamie Hewlett....
Let's talk about Phoenix
It's got a way
Of helping you to breathe a little better
Through the storm and rain
If you need to escape
Oh you wonder why
Let's talk about Phoenix
It's got a way
Of helping you to breathe a little better
I can slowly see
A light faded away
In my mind and in my heart I have no doubt
Oh you wonder why
It's got a way
Of helping you to breathe a little better
Through the storm and rain
If you need to escape
Oh you wonder why
Let's talk about Phoenix
It's got a way
Of helping you to breathe a little better
I can slowly see
A light faded away
In my mind and in my heart I have no doubt
Oh you wonder why

"Stylo" has him praising the Stylo, a machine that symbolizes the technological revolution and turned the Plastic Beach into what it is today . He starts out as a man obsessed with artificial things and fake love.
"Cloud of Unknowing" has him questioning his beliefs about the Stylo and technology. He is uncertain whether the Stylo is indeed a good thing or not.
"Bobby in Phoenix" wraps up the trilogy of songs. This song is in another album entirely (another "story", as each Gorillaz album is essentially one long story), showing the passage of time between the last two songs and this one. In this song, Bobby has realized the beauty of nature, due to Phoenix (Let's talk about Phoenix, it's got a way of helping you breathe a little better) (In my heart and my mind I have no doubt). He is a happy man, one with nature.
Either that, or it's just Bobby Womack singing about his time in Phoenix during the Plastic Beach World Tour. Iunno.
