"Dreamsicle" as written by and June Dauwen Lei Julia Rachel Harden Cumming....
An industry man told us it was time to plug in
We sold out our cuteness to become a hardcore band
The elephant in the room refused to budge, to budge
To be a rock star, you must let me change it, let me cut, take away what differs you from the lot
I'll kill your trademark in one chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop

Wendy's, Mickey D's, KFC
All shoved down your throat
Looks just like Vegas
The flashing lights make your head spin
If I stay here too long, I'll end up in the loony bin
I told my grandma and great-grandma that I could longer stay with them
They told me of their soon dying day and that if I loved them, I would remain and stay
They cried and said that I chose art over my family

Let's just turn Pink Floyd up and float away
Float away

General CommentThis song is a little confusing for me but I wonder if part of the lyrics in this song are about the falling out Supercute (and the Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players) had with that guy Touching You (AKA Chris Brodeur). He mentions on YouTube helping manage them and stuff.
