"Versus" as written by Joseph Michael Cocchi, Timothy Patrick Goergen and Kevin Mathew Mcguill....
If God is real,
then he's an evil motherfucker.
He's watching his greatest creation die.
Before his eyes.
Dead before his eyes.
Oh.
There is a war outside, so, wake, up.
If God, is real,
he's probably kicking back.
Enjoying the show.
As, his greatest creation,
Cries before his eyes.
Cries because he lies.
Here i am
With arms wide open
I'm calling you out
Show yourself
I'm calling you out
show yourself
I'm calling, I'm calling you out
If God is real,
then he's an evil motherfucker.
He's watching his greatest creation die.
Before his eyes.
Dead before his eyes.
Fuck your mysterious ways
Fuck your gift of free will
This is me versus you
This is me in my finest hour
I'm calling you out
This is me versus you
This is me in my finest hour
I'm fucking calling you out
Without him you are godless
With him you are fucking hopeless
Fucking hopeless
This is me versus you
This is me in my finest hour
This is me calling you out
Calling you
Calling you

General CommentThe meaning of this song is painfully obvious, so much so that it does not need to be said. However, I will pretend I am a Christian, and will give the feedback they ALWAYS give to songs that touch on religion, even ones that are obviously not keen on religion, like this:

"This song is expressing a frustration with God. He is saying that he sees problems all around, but still has faith and knows that God is good. In the end he accepts the loving God and knows that we are all loved."
