"Always" as written by Andrew John Stone, Nicholas Paul Eversfield, James Benjamin Stone and Joseph William Wilson....
Repeating words until they're true
It slows the breathing
Pretend they never came from you
It kills the feeling

I'm not what you want
You said what I never could
We're falling apart
You said that we never would

It's not what I want
It's wearing you down
We're back where we started
No turning around
We're falling apart
I'm tearing you down
It's not what I want now

Before you walk, you'll learn to fall
Well stop and count to ten
We'll take these pictures off the wall
We'll stop and start again

I'm not what you want
You said what I never could
We're falling apart
You said that we never would

It's not what I want
It's wearing you down
We're back where we started
No turning around
We're falling apart
I'm tearing you down
It's not what I want

For always
Always
And always
Always

(Always)
We only go so far
It's not what I want for
(Always)
We only go so far
It's not what I want now

You're not in my heart
I'm wearing you down
I'm back where we started
No turning around
You're falling apart
I'm tearing you down
It's not what I want

For always
Always
And always
Always

General CommentThis song is the only thing I wold listen to when my girlfriend and I broke up.
We had been together for 3 years, and no one seemed to mind the two obsessive lesbians. But she decided that she didn't want to be looked at different anymore. So she dumped me.
I look at this song as two lovers who were experiencing problems...but one made the other her life. She centered her world around the other. When the other lover broke up with her, she was torn apart. She had relied o nthe other for everything, been obsessed with them, and now they were gone. She didn't want it to happen, she regrets it, wishes she could take everything back.
This is exactly how I felt with my girlfriend...Maybe my interpretation is wrong, but this is the way I've always viewed this song..

My InterpretationThis song is definitely about a break up.Neither of them could admit that they weren't happy together anymore, that the sparks had died until the end one of them finely got the courage to end it.

"You're not in my heart" make's me believe that they were still in the relationship because that's all they knew and were comfortable being with even if he/she wasn't in love with their significant other anymore.

General CommentThis was the first song I listened to from the new album, I have to say despite the upbeat sound it's a pretty sad song.

    General CommentIn Chibi's own words:

"As we all move through life it’s like we can all relate to the idea of 'that one relationship', you know what I mean. The one that really devastated you. I’m sure we all have something like that, just a really disappointing and heart wrenching experience. With the lyrics for that song - well, I just sort of looked at my experience that was like that."
