"Rope and Summit" as written by and Gonzalez Winterkorn....
We've got our rope and summit
Got our rope and summit
But we need to wake up
Baby wake up

Unmasking your fears
One by one see them disappear
Into the fog down below
Slipping is fine
As long as you don't fall

Still in the quiet morning breeze
Swaying gently in unsuspecting dreams
Clues of a gathering storm
It's time to wake up
Time to move on

General CommentI think the words rope and summit represent the highs and lows people can feel through out their day.

The popular expression, "Im at the end of my rope" would be the low and feeling confident at your best feels like standing at the summit of a tall mountain.

    Especially in this line,
    "unmasking your fears
one by one see them disappear
    into the fog down below
    slipping is fine
as long as you don't fall"

So this song to me represents the highs and lows of self esteem.
