"Carolyn" as written by and Jacob Mark/biersack Pitts....
These times in life we learn to try, with one intention
Of learning how and when we'll die, but we cant listen
I wish to god I'd known that I, I didn't stand a chance
Of looking back and knowing why, or pain of circumstance

You're not alone
We'll brave this storm

So here's my song I wrote in time, when it was needed
Through pain of heart or loss of mind, your burdens lifted
You aren't alone just know that I, cant save our hearts tonight

You're not alone
We'll brave this storm
And face today
You're not alone

You're not alone
We'll brave this storm
And face today
You're not alone

General CommentThis song was written by Andy, but he wrote it through the eyes of Jake. It's for and about Jake's mom, and the way Jake felt about his mom's illnesses and how he had to deal with it. Jake's mom's name is Carolyn, and Andy said so in an interview that this is basically just a song for Jake's mom.

General CommentI love this song- I'm listening to it right now. As for meanings, it sounds like your trying to accept that someday at sometime you will die, and you're scared.
