The city is ours
The city is ours

Rollin' past graffiti walls,
Billboards lighting up the block
Everyone of us on a mission
Got a whole crew by my side
Cars beep, beep when they pass us by
We ready to get down to business

We pull up, open the door
All the girls, scream there they are
It's packed from wall to wall
And, everybody is calling
Here they come, it's almost time
Feel the rush, now hit the lights
We gonna get it all started

Because the night is young
The line is out the door
Today was crazy but,
Tonight the city's ours
Live it up
Until the morning comes
Today was crazy but,
Tonight the city is ours
The city is ours
The city is ours

My, my look how we roll
Was it only a month ago
Everybody said we were dreaming
Now we're here like, yeah we told ya
Still far, but we're that much closer
And there ain't no way that we're leaving (oh no)

We pull up, open the door
All the girls, scream there they are
It's packed from wall to wall
And, everybody is calling
Here they come, it's almost time
Feel the rush, now hit the lights
We gonna get it all started

Because the night is young
The line is out the door
Today was crazy but
Tonight the city's ours
Live it up
Until the morning comes
Today was crazy but tonight
The city is ours
The city is ours

We gotta believe
It's destiny calling
So night after night
We rock the whole place out
As hard as it seems
I know if you want it
Then it's gonna happen some how

Because the night is young
The line is out the door
Today was crazy but
Tonight the city's ours
Live it up
Until the morning comes
Today was crazy but tonight

Because the night is young
The line is out the door
Today was crazy but
Tonight the city's ours
Live it up
Until the morning comes
Today was crazy but tonight
The city is ours
The city is ours
The city is ours
The city is ours

The city is ours

We gonna get it all started.

My, my, look how we roll.

    Wasn't only a month ago

those are the errors i found & now they are corrected.

btw, reason i mentioned lyrics rhyming is the way the singer(s) sings from wall to wall and everybody is calling. the way its sung sounds like a rhyme "from wall to wall-n everybody is call-n (callin)

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"
