"C'mon" as written by Matthew Lamkin, Matthew Mcloughlin, Brian Hill and David Lantzman....
Don't have the look
don't have the name
don't have the walk
don't wanna talk
don't have the say
in how your town
could be the next big thing

Don't buy the wood
just plant the seed
wait 'til it grows into a tree
find what it means
army, navy, air force, and marines

Aw' c'mon x4

nowhere to shoot
nowhere to aim
no one to gun
no one to blame
no one with shame
no one plays
to get what they deserve

dont take a look
dont take a glance
don't take the hook
don't take a chance
find what it means
army, navy, air force, and marines.

Aw' c'mon x4

[music break]

Aw' c'mon x13

My Interpretationthis song is a criticism of "small town" mentality and gives them a little push and shove to try to open their minds to realize that they're missing out on their true potential in life.

General Comment"army, navy, air force, and marines" -- seems like jibberish relative to the other lines in the song. Anyone have a clue?
