Flying 62 miles
Never coming down
Yeah yeah yeah
Wonder what life is without
Running over clouds
Yeah yeah yeah
Flying 62 miles
Never coming down
Yeah yeah yeah
Wonder what life is without
Running over clouds
Yeah yeah yeah
Gone way back to the thoughts of another
Life I lived when I's runnin' for the cover
Vision all black but the 20/20 hovers in the
Back of two eyes like a camera stuck on shutter
Born to bring the ruckus, hot coals in the stomach
But a samurai close by, sword there to gut it
Talk about spillin' out, goin' all or nothin'
Fallin' out of mouth is the how to my buckets
Whoa-stop, how fast a minute?
Gold watch, same amount of livin'
Roadblocks don't stop the wicked, so I
Load Glocks, blast at them bitches, that was
Low dawg, I wanna be the vision of the
Boy that made it out when an armada mission,
Like a bar fight or prison was the onslaught given
To the hard-taught kid is a hallmark signet, so the
Times are changing, now I'm in a spaceship, different faces (Yeah)
A million places, that I could be taken, choose my fate then (Yeah)
The constellations, that I see amazing, stay complacent (Yeah)
The constant chasing, hoping that I make it, I stay praying (Uh)
Now I'm gone, never found, all the people way below continue moving on (Uh)
This is wrong, this is foul, traveling around the globe but we ain't seeing dawn (Uh)
No more songs, no more loud, hopefully we the ones that forever talked bout (Uh)
Staying strong, stay around, hopefully we make it out and we ain't staying down
Flying 62 miles
Never coming down
Yeah yeah yeah
Wonder what life is without
Running over clouds
Yeah yeah yeah
Flying 62 miles
Never coming down
Yeah yeah yeah
Wonder what life is without
Running over clouds
Yeah yeah yeah
Never wanted, a life so sick
Where the pain takes over when you don't got a hit
Sip, bump, whatever you want
Anything is going on? We got it bottled up
Just gotta vent, gotta tell me what is up
I could spill the mess, I don't really got the gut
I should be the best, I assist everyone
Fuck, I just can't stand being a bum, plus
Do I really speak my mind?
All this shit I'm rappin' over, does it spark my shine?
All these tempos that I'm tapping over keep me alive
Gotta get something to stimulate the brain in the time
That I pen this, shitty ass penmanship
Fuck a love letter, I could only try to ascend
If I take a look better, I would never pretend
Wonder if you saw me never, would it matter again
Light speed…
It all happened so quickly, similar to Nicholas who's climbin' up your chimney
Lightning…
Like a weapon 'til it's emptied, I could be full of it but I'm tryin' to see the family
Hyphen…
Any severance to complex me, gotta keep cooler as we be movin' like some jet ski's
Aight then…
Any movement could be risky, sick of us losin' until Cthulhu's like a bestie
(Ugh) Revelations in a mason jar that I never opened 'til they went and said somethin'
(Ugh) Animations that I'm facin' y'all ain't gon' focus on until you get the payments
(Ugh) What I was reachin' for the stainless? (Ugh) What if I was losin' all my patience?
(Ugh) Not a way that I could make it painless (Ugh) Zippin' to a universe so nameless
Flying 62 miles
Never coming down
Yeah yeah yeah
Wonder what life is without
Running over clouds
Yeah yeah yeah
Flying 62 miles
Never coming down
Yeah yeah yeah
Wonder what life is without
Running over clouds
Yeah yeah yeah

This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

No Surprises
Radiohead
Same ideas expressed in Fitter, Happier are expressed in this song. We're told to strive for some sort of ideal life, which includes getting a good job, being kind to everyone, finding a partner, getting married, having a couple kids, living in a quiet neighborhood in a nice big house, etc. But in Fitter, Happier the narrator(?) realizes that it's incredibly robotic to live this life. People are being used by those in power "like a pig in a cage on antibiotics"--being pacified with things like new phones and cool gadgets and houses while being sucked dry. On No Surprises, the narrator is realizing how this life is killing him slowly. In the video, his helmet is slowly filling up with water, drowning him. But he's so complacent with it. This is a good summary of the song. This boring, "perfect" life foisted upon us by some higher powers (not spiritual, but political, economic, etc. politicians and businessmen, perhaps) is not the way to live. But there is seemingly no way out but death. He'd rather die peacefully right now than live in this cage. While our lives are often shielded, we're in our own protective bubbles, or protective helmets like the one Thom wears, if we look a little harder we can see all the corruption, lies, manipulation, etc. that is going on in the world, often run by huge yet nearly invisible organizations, corporations, and 'leaders'. It's a very hopeless song because it reflects real life.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
