"Born to be wasted" as written by and Alexander Perls Rousmaniere....
oh the beat's gonna bash gonna break it up
oh this car's goin' fast gonna speed it up
oh the night's not gonna last so let's keep it up
we were born to be wasted

oh the rock's not gonna stop so let's rip it up
the beats are gonna drop you can trip em' up
your mind is on fire but it's not enough
we were born to be wasted

born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted

[moanings / unanderstanble reverse sounds]

born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted

ahhhhh ahhhhh we we're born to be....
ahhhhh ahhhhh we we're born to be....

ah... baby out loud knew that it would come to this
ain't worth livin' if u can't get your kicks

oh the rock's not gonna stop so let's rip it up
the beats are gonna drop you can trip em' up
your mind is on fire but it's not enough
we were born to be wasted

this gun's blowin up
it's just a warning shot
this plane's takin' off on a terror run
this night's gonna end like a missile drop
we were born to be wasted

born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted
born to be wasted

General Comment"Born To Get High". This is primarily a live-without-regret club/dance song, & the last verse says it all: "(life) Ain't worth livin' if you can't get your kicks". IOW, life is short and spontaneous thus we should get the most out of each day like it were our last (as indeed it could be), so get out there and get wasted on your favorite drug; be it substance, adrenaline, or "life" itself (aka The Dance Floor in this case, I think). Let's not forget, this is electro trance we're dealing with. On that note, regarding any religious references that may arise; It's not just the stupefied Christian who gets to raise up hands, singing and dancing in euphoria to a sermon on the mount - A raver can have a greater euphoric experience on the dance floor, hands up in worship of the DJ on the alter etc...think about it.

    inter-related alternatives: fatalism.
"Born To Be Wasted": let's all "get our kicks" in life, & live without regret, because who ever we are, & what ever we do, the very efforts of our being is "wasted" as in the end we all rejoin the ether from which we came, anyway. Very secular & philosophical, indeed.
