"Killing Time" as written by Crispin Macmichael Sandys Hunt and Mark Anthony Owen....
In my dreams
(I can kill you)
Close to me
You open the cage and he sets you free
Come to me
(we run away forever from this misery)
Lost my mind
Are you calling me

Killing time that I left behind
Everything changes to a point that it stops and it turns around
I'm always falling down
Killing time that I left behind
Everything changes to a point that it stops and it turns around
It's coming for you now

(So how can it be)
The color of the world had turned dark on me
(Falling free)
Losing my reflection and my clarity
(Talk to me)
I feel the sickness taking over me
(Let me be)
Imagining that you are here with me

Killing time that I left behind
Everything changes to a point that it stops and it turns around
I'm always falling down
Killing time that I left behind
Everything changes to a point that it stops and it turns around
It's coming for you now

General CommentThis is my own interpretation. Feel free to discuss what I raise ^^
In my dreams (or living in your own dream world — perhaps hallucinations also)
(I can kill you) (questioning the fragility and stability of life)
Close to me (less barriers in the dream/ hallucination world)
You open the cage and he sets you free (reality is a cage, your mind is where you can escape)
    Come to me
(we run away forever from this misery) (reality is clearly what they want to escape)
Lost my mind (haha, hallucinations/ dreams/ lost grip on reality)
Are you calling me (now confused)

Killing time that I left behind (regretting the time wasted in the dream/hallucination world)
Everything changes to a point that it stops and it turns around (living in the world of your mind amounts to nothing substantial, you can’t change anything there)
    I'm always falling down
Killing time that I left behind
Everything changes to a point that it stops and it turns around
It's coming for you now (this obsession for escaping reality is contagious?)

(So how can it be) (confusion)
The color of the world had turned dark on me (nothing worthwhile in reality)
(Falling free) (falling and free, so he’s free, but in this freedom, he’s only going downwards)
Losing my reflection and my clarity (losing grip on reality, and on themselves)
    (Talk to me) (loneliness)
I feel the sickness taking over me (finally having an effect on them)
(Let me be) (perhaps wanting to ‘be’ as in exist in reality, OR simply wanting to stay hidden in his mind)
Imagining that you are here with me (‘Imagining’ is key here, perhaps imagining that missed person is enough to create them in his mind)

    Beautiful song.

General Commentone of my favorite IM songs, this song once turned my bad acid trip around... so my interpretation of the song is pretty obvious.

My InterpretationI think he's mourning the loss of a loved one. If you break up, suddenly you have a lot of extra time on your hands, and he's also unhappy because the new boyfriend or whomever set her free, meaning she's way happier with the new person.
