I don't know where you came from
But your road is where I'm walkin'
I can't hear what you're saying
But I like everything you're talkin'
Lalala Ladada dada

Tell me what you're thinking
And make it something I can play over, over
Won't catch me blinking
You know I'll never find another, another
My love

It'll be me on the front lines
Fighting for you takin' it like a soldier
With my heart in my chest
And my badge on my shoulder
Whoa yeah
With the love that keeps me warm
And a world that makes us colder

I'm stickin' out just like a sore thumb
I'm just trying to be noticed, noticed
There's three words you could say
You could say to me
And I don't know if you know this know this
Don't be caught up on the other side

It'll be me on the front lines
Fighting for you takin' it like a soldier
With my heart in my chest
And my badge on my shoulder
Whoa yeah
With a love that keeps me warm
And a world that makes us colder

It's not a war that I was after
I would've settled for us
It's not a war that I was after
I would've settled for you

It'll be me on the front lines
Fighting for you takin' it like a soldier
With my heart in my chest
And my badge on my shoulder
It'll be me on the front lines
Fighting for you takin' it like a soldier
With my heart in my chest
And my badge on my shoulder
Whoa yeah

'Cause I'm bleeding for you
But the war's finally over
Oh yeah
With a love that keeps me warm
And a world that makes us colder

General CommentI think this song is about her telling the guy that she would do anything for him but he doesnt seem to even show any signs that he cares and she obviously thinks she is fighting for him because he's not cooperating with her and she feels as if hes done with her but she wont give up the fight because she loves him too much.
