"Reputation" as written by Joel Fisher, Philip James Jenkins, Iain Prasad Mahanty, Aled Phillips and Andrew William Sheehy....
What you lack in general knowledge
You make up in general nonsense
You lied to me about where you went to college,
We argue, you sit on the fence.

Cause you lack the strength of conviction
To make up in your arguments.
You lack the grace and the courage
To make up with most of your friends.

They'll never doubt a word you say,
Oh you'll make it early just to see the day.
They'll never doubt a thing, no way,
So you'll wake up early and you dig your grave.

Building your reputation
Seems like your occupation.
Your reputation,
Your biggest preoccupation.

What you lack in tact and diplomacy
Only adds to your appeal
You lied to me about all that you've accomplished,
You say you invented the wheel.

And you've got your finger, it's bandaged,
So feel it on the pulse of the trend.
But you lack the strength of conviction
To make up with most of your friends.

They'll never doubt a word you say,
Oh you'll make it early just to see the day.
They'll never doubt a thing, no way,
So you'll wake up early and you dig your grave.

Building your reputation
Seems like your occupation.
Your reputation,
Your biggest preoccupation.

And I keep you close to my heart if you
Just stay away forever
Rip the clothes off of my back and send
Me into stormy weather.

They'll never doubt a word you say,
Oh you'll make it early just to see the day.
They'll never doubt a thing, no way,
So you'll wake up early and you dig your grave.

Building your reputation
Seems like your occupation.
Your reputation,
Your biggest preoccupation.

And I keep you close to my heart if you
Just stay away forever
Rip the clothes off of my back and send
Me into stormy weather.

Lyric Correction"What you lack in tep down to pull me?
It's the only answer your a bill?"

    should be:

"What you lack in tact and diplomacy
    Only adds to your appeal"
    ______________________________

"You lack the grace in the garbage"

Should be "You lack the grace and the courage"

General CommentI agree with you on the 2nd two, but not so much in the first one.

However, these were copied from the video on YouTube of the song. Someone posted them up with the 3 bonus tracks, so I copied them from there and put them up here.

Will listen carefully and see what i think.
