"Inside of You" as written by Mark Weinberg, John O'callaghan and Jared Monaco....
I'm on a trip,
I can't get off,
I can't get over
I want it all, I want it all
Inside of you

I call you up
You're getting off I'm coming over

You're twenty one
I see your eyes you're barely sober
I hear your voice
You're calling out
From me to you
I pour a drink
You move in quick, you're moving forward

Then you said,
No, whoa
I'm never gonna be inside of you
And I said,
No, whoa
I'm never gonna see inside of you
Because, I know, I'm gonna fall
And you'll be waiting for it all
Because, I know, I know, I know
I can't get inside of you, inside of you.

This fragile game
It's like a train that's headed nowhere
It never stops
And I can't see the exit sign
We're headed North
I see the cliff we're getting closer

So don't say that you just want to run away
Replay all the things that I tried to say

I'm 21
So you're getting off
I'm coming over

Then you said,
No, whoa
I'm never gonna be inside of you
And I said,
No, whoa
I'm never gonna see inside of you
Because, I know, I'm gonna fall
And you'll be waiting for it all
Because, I know, I know, I know
I can't get inside of you, inside of you.

I'm on a trip, I can't get off,
I can't get over
I want it, I want it all
Inside of you

I call you up,
You're getting off, I'm coming over
(Yeah, yeah, yeah)

Noooo, whoa
I'm never gonna be inside of you
And I said,
No, whoa
I'm never gonna see inside of you
Because, I know, I'm gonna fall
Because, I know, I know
I can't get inside of you, inside of you.

I know, I'm gonna fall
And you'll be waiting for it all
Because, I know, I know, I know
I can't get inside of you, inside of you.

I'm on a trip, I can't get off,
I can't get over
I want it, I want it all
Inside of you

I call you up,
You're getting off, I'm coming over
(Yeah, yeah, yeah)

My InterpretationTo me this song is definitely not a sexual thing . I think when it says /i'm never going to see inside of you/ it means i'm neverr going to fully understand you. ''I can't get inside of you'' = i can't be you, i wont know what your thinking.

by the way, i lovee this songg.(:

General CommentI don't think this song is a sexual thing. Its just that she says "no im never gonna be inside of you" and if its sexual like i dont know, girls can't be inside of guys hahah. I think she means to say that she doesn't want to be inside of him she doesn't want him to understand her, she's playing games. He's saying "i'm never going to see inside of you" because he really won't since she's not letting him. He means "see inside of you" like saying im never going to understand you and love you like he wants to. They obviously have like an attraction for each other in it too but it's not going to be an emotional relationship like he wants, which is odd because it's usually the other way around. He's going to fall and get hurt but she knows that and she's expecting it. I don't know, that's just my interpretation of it :)

General CommentOkay, so this might be a stretch BUT--

When I hear this, I think of how he says "You're 21, I see your eyes, you're barely sober", so they're drinking together, and then in the chorus, SHE says "I'm never gonna be inside of you" and HE says "I'm never gonna see inside of you", which is funny because usually the girl wants to get all personal and the guy wants to get all up close, haha, but it's reversed for a moment, like the words are coming out wrong.

So I'm thinking they're just sitting alone together, so buzzed that they're not thinking straight, and he's trying to say how much he wants to be with her, etc.

Oh, and um this song is AMAZINGGG <3

General CommentI like alidazzle's interpretation as well. But they definitely made it sound sexual on purpose as well... I think the double meaning is kind of important. Similar to what ali said, a lot of girls think guys just want sex. The way the song is written is parallel to that: it sounds sexual on the surface but there's a lot more to it than that.

General CommentInside of You is about a girl who John Ohh tried to get with but SHE thought he was GAY so she didnt want to. he mentioned this in one of their very recent concerts.
But that girl is a bitch for thinking he is gay and for paaing him up.
John Ohh is a sexy beast.

General CommentI recently saw them in concert, and John said "Here's a song about sex..." and they played this..

I wanted to think it had some romantic underlying message, but I suppose boys will be boys;) However, John was pretty drunk at the time, it was New Year's Eve.. But it came straight from the source!

Can't get a better clue to the meaning than that :D

General CommentThis song could mean anything, but none the less, it's one of my favorites. I'd like to think it's more than just about sex. When I listen to it, I picture a boy and a girl drinking together, sort of tipsy, and then the part, 'No whoa, I'm never gonna be inside of you', makes me think that the girl is saying something like, 'You're never going to love me or care for me with your whole heart'. When, 'No whoa, I'm never gonna see inside of you', comes, it sounds like he's replying with, 'How can I when you won't let me see the real you?'. I just really like this song.

General Commenti think this song is about how at first he was too young for her so she didn't want to be with him. which is why hes says i cant get inside of you. and then when she says hes 21 now and there's basically no excuse for them not to be together but shes still hesitant. lol idk I'm probably 100% wrong.
