I lost my heart, my home is the ocean.
The waves underneath will soon be my home.
I will fall asleep.
I'll close my eyes and dream of days when I wasn't all alone.

All that I know is gone
(Take what is left of me now)
All that I know is gone
(Take what is left of me)
Fall deeper and deeper, the sirens are singing your songs.

I'll miss my breath, there's no more left.
I'll miss the sound of the wind at my back.
The depths have a number, they call you by name.
Fall asleep, Davy Jones calls you.
So fall asleep, fall asleep and dream.

All that I know is gone
(Take what is left of me now)
All that I know is gone
(Take what is left of me)
Fall deeper and deeper, the sirens are singing your songs.

My InterpretationHe's going through some stuff and it's really bad.
No one is there to help him cope.
    Nothing is left for him.
So, he decides to kill himself by jumping off a bridge and drowning in the ocean.
Floating deeper and deeper to the bottom, finally relieved...
In Greek mythology, the Sirens were dangerous and devious creatures, portrayed as femmes fatales who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island...Basically to kill.
Davy Jones is usually said to be a place in the ocean, really far down. Well, Davy Jones's Locker that is. It's basically a hell for sailors or for trapped souls in the seas.
So, yeah. Like I said; Suicide by bridges and oceans.

My InterpretationI imagine that this song is about him loosing literally everything...
he has slowly lost everything in his life that gave him happiness there is nothing left...
so he commits suicide, by jumping into the Ocean..

when he refers to "Sleeping" it means death.
when he refers to "Falling deeper and deeper" that either means going deeper into depression or the ocean (to kill himself)

Sirens are mythical creatures that use to sing songs to lure sailors to their deaths by making them crash into rocks, so by saying sirens are calling you, it is like Death is awaiting you.

Davy Jones locker is a place in the ocean that is where the souls of Sailors go once they have died (at sea) so its saying that davy Jones is waiting for you to die.

So its a song about killing yourself... which is probably why i love it

Song MeaningI think this song takes the point of view of a Siren and as a Sailor. At the beginning when it says "I lost my heart, my home is the ocean...etc" it's the sailor already getting ready to give in and just fall for the siren but he's saying what he'll miss most before falling asleep.

As for the Siren when it says "fall asleep, Davy Jones calls you so fall asleep. .etc" in this point I think the siren is just waiting anxiously for the sailor to just give into her.

My InterpretationThe song is him losing hope and happiness in life, so he decides to go to the ocean.

There, he sees a siren, which if you don't know, is a creature from greek mythology that lives on islands in oceans, essentially, they sing songs and that leads to sailors getting distracted by their beautiful voices so then the sailors shipwreck on a coast.
The siren sings, calling him, and everything else is telling him "JUMP!"
    So he does.
The way I see it, is the song is him jumping, and the title is him drowning.

My Opinionhe lost everything he once had. He's trying to remember his past life but it's hard.
