These clouds aren't going nowhere baby,
Rain keeps coming down
I just thought I'd try to call you baby,
'for you got too far out of town
And I hope that you get this message
That I'm leaving for you
Cause I hate that you left without hearing
The words that I needed you to

And hope you find it,
What you're looking for
And I hope it's everything you dreamed your life could be,
And so much more
And I hope you're happy
Wherever you are
I wanted you to know that
And nothing's gonna change that
And I hope you find it

Am I supposed to hang around and wait forever,
Last words that I said
But that was nothing but a broken heart talking, baby
You know that wasn't what I meant
Call me up, let me know that you got this message
That I'm leaving for you
Cause I hate that you left without hearing
The words that I needed you to

And I hope you find it,
What you're looking for
And I hope it's everything you dreamed your life could be,
And so much more
And I hope you're happy
Wherever you are
I wanted you to know that
And nothing's gonna change that
And I hope you find it

Whatever it is out there,
That you miss it here

And I hope you find it,
What you're looking for
And I hope it's everything you dreamed your life could be,
And so much more
And I hope you're happy
Wherever you are
I wanted you to know that
And nothing's gonna change that

No no no
And, I hope you find it
I hope you find it!

    Song Meaning

I'm not really a big Miley Cyrus fan, but I absolutely love this song. It perfectly fits the "I wanted you to know how I feel about you/I'm so sorry for what I did/I know what I want now and it's you, but I'm too late because you've moved on" scenarios that are always in movies, books, tv shows, and in our own lives.

The song is basically about realizing that someone in your life has exited and that you didn't get the chance to express something important, something that the other person didn't quite see before. So, Miley's trying to tell the person, wherever he is, that, no matter what happens, she hopes he's happy and that he finds whatever it is that he's looking for that he couldn't find when he was a part of her life.

This is probably one of her best songs, if not, THEE best! This reminds me of my brother. Damn, almost every song i listen to reminds me of my brother. "Cause I hate that you left without hearing the words that I needed you to/ And I hope you're happy, wherever you are/ I wanted you to know that and nothing's gonna change that/ And I hope you find it/ Whatever it is out there that you were missing here" Those lyrics just make me cry like crazy. -.- This sounds like something that Hanson would write.. Sorta

    My Interpretation

When I heard this song it immediatly made me think it was about Miley and Justin Gaston's relationship. Miley said she did a lot of song writing on airplanes, so I imagined her writing this on a plane to Savannah after breaking up with Justin. I think she broke up with him after an argument and she said some things she didn't mean "Am I supposed to hang around and wait forever? The last words that I said, that was nothing but a broken heart talking baby,You know that wasn't what I meant" At that time, she was leaving to make a movie and she'd started seeing a lot more of her ex, Nick, and I think Justin didn't want her to, so Miley said "well when can I start living my life? Am I supposed to hang around and wait forever?" and he got upset and mad and left, and he wouldn't answer her calls, so she left him a message saying she's sorry for saying what she said, and she doesn't hate him. And she's sat there on the plane not knowing whether he got the message and she wants him to know that he shouldn't be upset about the break up, becuase she's not what he's looking for in a relationship, and she's not sure if she's going to see him again, but she wants him to know that she hopes he finds everything he's looking for in life and that even though she broke up with him, all she wants is for him to be happy.

I love this song. It's like when you watch people go away (from your life) all you care about is that they should be happy and maybe were not the right person so when they leave I hope she finds what she's looking for out there and i just hope she's happy wherever she is.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
